Yeah, that was disappointing. They could’ve made it work too, say they were recruited by the BTSU for their knowledge of the island and give them a new revival.
@@sebastiangui8599 yeah, but they didn’t play a key role in the story of Warlords of New York, and when the Black Tusk showed up, they didn’t have any characteristics that implied any of them were White Tusk. So they were practically not there.

I think the black tusk would win hands down, but I think Bliss would’ve actually been open to working with them. They have the same goals and have similar backgrounds, not to mention the two of them combining their resources could’ve totally taken the city. Imagine the LMB if the Black tusk had approached them before the division could kill bliss: I think Bliss could’ve been an asset for the BT given his a knowledge of the island, and could possibly have made their forces more disciplined than before. He might’ve even been able to turn the entire island into a staging ground for BTSU once he had taken out the other factions. Who knows, maybe they would’ve been able to track down Keener before he left the island, but that’s hard to say; at the very least, he would’ve probably been more able to track him down before he could got off the island. If Bliss had the backing of the BTSU, the LMB would’ve dominated the city with their combined resources.
I think that the LMB soldiers will be better trained than any regular Black Tusk member and maybe on par with Black Tusk Specialist Unit but the Black Tusk as a whole seems to have a massive army. seeing as the LMB is a battalion at most it has about 1000 soldiers as of the start of the outbreak and would likely gain and lose members throughout the outbreak. Seeing as the Division 1 starts a few months in its likely that our agents are fighting a slightly weakened LMB as it has likely had casualties over time. So if the Black Tusk fought the LMB as we saw them in Division 1 then the LMB would be very easily crushed and even still at its peak of 1000 troops I still don't think the LMB could hold against the Black Tusks vast army. However if the LMB are just fighting the smaller Black Tusk Specialist Unit it seems like a pretty even fight from there.
I am 90% sure that it was revealed who hired black tusk, and who is giving all the Intel, for spoilers I won't mention it, but let's just say you seen it quite a few times

So is it a joint venture between this Russian organisation and members of the old government? Or is she just another figure head in front of something much larger?
I think overall, Black Tusk would win simply because of the funding they seem to be receiving. LMB, although well equipped are extremely egotistical and believe they should control New York and hold it in a totalitarian state. Black Tusk doesn't necessarily rely on it's advanced technology to win a fight, but has the numbers to back itself up to reinforce positions and locations LMB lack numbers in comparison, we don't know if they even have a large presence outside of New York. Black Tusk has numbers outside of Washington D.C and are possibly located in numerous places accross the US, hell they were helping the Hyenas by giving them spice, so Black Tusk would form alliances or pacts with other groups in the US to stay out of the limelight long enough so they can continue to work in the background unnoticed and unannounced to most. Because LMB is extremely hostile to anyone, they would not survive long without temporary alliances, again many may assume because LMB is better equiped than most they would be ok, but the fact that they only look after themselves make others resent them. Black Tusk has the upper hand due to what they can do in short spaces of time, such as the construction of the Tidal Basin Base in D.C and get troops to locations quickly with the use of helicopters in large numbers. Don't get me wrong, Charles Bliss is seen as an inspirational leader, but that's a guise to get more recruits. The Black Tusk have a leader we still know next to nothing about, meaning that if said leader isn't known, they can be replaced quickly and thus Black tusk won't lose focus on their objectives, hinting that Black Tusk can operate autonomously without leadership for extended periods.

I just got a Massive Hunter theory because of a Single animation the demon mask Hunter does in the side quest where you go to the distress Call, When he Electrocutes you he does an animation like he is throwing something out you or fliping you off so my theory is the Reason the Hunters know your Location at every single time of day is that they are tracking you through a tracker that you got thrown on you by the Hunter at the end of the Side Quest.
He gestures at you to follow him, full well knowing that you can’t. I think he’s just taunting you. If they are 24/7 monitoring us, it’s through the multiple SHD watches and bricks they’ve stolen from murdered agents.
@@Kurogumo That is Possible But the Thing is That if they would monitor us from the watches thwy would if qe are near them like that 1 hunter who just straight up walks out of the shop with one of the lion eyes like he is some badass who you cant find, what I mean is that if they used the watches the would be very cautious full well knowing that if we were near them ISAC would ID Agents near by but since they are using a tracker they probably think they can go around unseen since they know our location always and they get pretty cocky.
Also In the Division Survival they dont use watches to track you down they use the flares you use which is why they only appear in extractions and they don't track you via watches.

Marauder quadcopters
Nah! Our character sees him throwing the tracker on us but we dont take it off??😂
Seriously though, the hunters probably track us because theyre basically rogue agents so are the very best
The lmb and the clener are my favourite factions

LMB the best
Can you do a battle between Black Tusk vs Sentinel (GR:Breakpoint)?
Nah black tusk wins because Sentinels are incompetent (of course without their Drone UAV Arsenal)
