Now that I've just finished the UN mission I can finally start watching some of these and have them make sense! Obviously a lot here, and it's an interesting story of how the LMB basically got shafted and left in an extremely difficult situation. While I don't know that I agree that the action they took was the right one, in many ways it's actually not that different to the way Division agents act. Desperate times. Desperate measures. Many of the first wave agents took things into their own hands because they didn't feel as though they were being supported. Were they right? We call them rogue. But for at least some it seemed like a choice to save people. Even the echo of Keener trying to defend a group of people and being told to pull out and leave them seems to go against the goals of the organization. Obviously he used those actions to justify a megalomaniacal response, but the initial frustration might have been something anyone did. Same with the LMB. It almost makes you wonder at times whether we really are the good guys because, from some perspectives, we take just as extreme actions. I mean we get combat distinctions for killing thousands of rioters, Rikers, Cleaners, and LMB. Yay?? Certainly Faye thought she had to take a very unorthodox approach. Was she really loyal? Or was she just another rogue agent taking matters into their own hands? It's a tough question because who really is running the Division in the broader sense? We're trying to rebuild America. But taking some very extreme approaches at times. Definitely something to ponder.
@@user-Jay178 And they had Theo to disable the striker drone. XD But still, the Rikers had it easy in that battle. I didn’t see any shield heavies, grenadiers, or even any shotgun rushers. I mean the rushers were technically there, but I didn’t see any of them use the Saiga 12
@@user-Jay178 And this is the same exact Rikers that get a rework from aggressive combat style to "shield nuts", I saw about 3 classes armed with shield (sniper with police shield, Gunner with deployable shield, Tank with bootleg Blitz's shield and JTF have none of shield at all)
The Year 5 Roadmap shows us going back to NYC. At any time that could make a story where the LMB has been discreetly operating and rebuilding underground. Bliss faked his death by never being in that helicopter; Their outfits and tech are war-torn, and they're a combination of Tier 1, Tier 2, and Legendary soldiers. Either Division agents are ambushed by them or a civilian witnesses LMB and tells the SHD so we are sent out there to fight them. Only to find out they're more powerful than ever. A story like that could totally pass and it'd be great content.
Cant wait for the movie they are currently directing. Yes it is confirmed, cant remember the movie director but he is known for other movies. Sadly with some salt, we must know the movie can..and most likely will be very different ..
I love your videos with facts and theories. I have one for you and I would love to hear your thoughts on it: What if Hitman (2016 series) and Ghost Recon (Wildlands & Breakpoint) are set in the same universe? I speculate Diana Burnwood and Karen Bowman are the same person. They are both voiced by the same actress. Their jobs are basically the same - espionage - collate intel from around the world and provide target information to an assassin (Agent 47) or to a squad (Ghost Team). We know the name 'Karen' is an alias. We have heard Sam Fisher call her 'Linda'. Maybe 'Diana' is also an alias. Diana and Karen may look a little different but maybe she is a master of disguise. Finally, In GR:Wildlands mission Operation Archangel, when Ghost Team is searching for Caveira's brother in an apartment, we see a suit very similar to what Hitman wears. This is an easter egg but it only adds fuel this speculation.
Some factions I have no sympathy for, like the cleaners or the hyenas. But some factions I do have some sympathy and respect, like the outcasts and the LMB. Ofc not condoning them or saying they are a little big good, but just some sympathy.
thinking about it the LMB were actually not that bad all things considered, if violence and lawlessness took hold of the city then the infrastructure would collapse, power generation, water treatment, emergency services, law enforcement, food supply, antiviral research, etc. would all just go down the toilet, the JTF was losing control fast and nothing was keeping the other factions from destroying the vital infrastructures that remain in newyork. if it wasnt for the LMB i doubt that newyork would survive the winter, things in DC are only better now because the JTF got their sheet together and started running convoys between major cities from DC to cleveland, allentown, Philadelphia, and then to newyork, without those supplies the Base of Operations in Midtowns Post Office wouldn't survive, but without power and running water, they wouldn't even make it long enough to see those supplies. the LMB were very draconian, but if you think about it so was the Strategic Homeland Division, the presidential directive 51 which activated them if read carefully sounded very "all or nothing" and "at any cost" to save what remains. maybe charles bliss was right about not trusting us, we were after all unquantifiable elements with mixed intentions, full of security risks and turncoats, and were rigged from the start to collapse, but only didn't because the 2nd wave was more successful than the 1st wave. entrusting the future to an unpredictable organization would under any other circumstances would be ill advised especially if you're an ex-military that doesn't agree with the top leadership, since division agents essentially had the same level of authority as the minister of defense, it would be about as high up the leadership as anyone can get before the president, overruling anything that any other executive or politician (still alive) could muster.
I know it would never happen but it would be cool if a small force of former members of the last man battalion that were recruited into the black tusk reformed the last man battalion and teamed up with the division and fought for the a better cause this time. The last man battalion was awesome in the division 1 they actually put up a fight and they looked like a force not to be messing with
LMB are pretty much elite national guard, some recent ops others paramilitary, the JTF have army elements too but too many are from local law enforcement and Paramedic staff. It's like asking who would win between London Metropolitan Police, and the SAS.
Since where going back to Brooklyn I hope see remnants of the LMB maybe as a shadow of their former selves probably still wearing those white camo outfits but with the green markings of the JTF
Just saw this video, amazing breakdown but I'm kinda wondering. Did anyone notice there are LMB insignias on aegis gear sets? Could LMB return to The Division 2?
I really liked the LMB so much that I made a fan faction where it's just the LMB but in the dark zone... central park to be exact... Basically the story for those guys are, one guy "The Wolf" was one of the first to turn to the Lmb due to his relationship with bliss and would turn rogue when things started to become sour, didn't like the extremist group of rogues in the lmb that he didn't join it (Keener's old group) During the UN battle, The Wolf could have killed Keener but went off lucky, knowing it was the end of the lmb, after the battle. He gathered all he could (supplies, men and robotics) and went to the dark zone starting the DZB Instead of going to known areas where agents normally go through, they moved into central park due to how dangerous the virus was there (risk of infection) I kinda didn't have DZB do too much, The Wolf had made a operation plan where they use the subways to attack Division HQ and cause a mass EMP on the roof of the building making the agents skills useless. But that plan is too costly that they are still working on recovery, hell when Black Tusk went by assuming that there LMB still, DZB said no for the offer. They where to use the subways to also spread around the city like wildfire. That is about what I would do if the creators wanted the LMB to be still around but not quite
what if charles bliss escaped with helicopter from united nation building and his whereabouts is unknown and last man battalion is still active in the division 2 and warlords of new york and lmb are allies to true sons and black tusk and new archetype lmb assault, lmb thrower, lmb controller used as drone with gun, lmb leader, lmb rusher, and lmb warhound used as lmg and new redesigned of lmb medic, lmb sniper, lmb engineer used as turret and lmb tank used as assault rifle with box magazine and reinforcer chem launcher
I admire the LMB, they A game was on point, bliss if he would of just held to his guns and followed what he laid out, the LMB could of helped so much and done so much good, the JFT brass would of seen this and then worked with them, maybe even forming officially with the JFT and using that knowledge and man power to continue doing good and moving forward, but the game gives us no real hope in this outcome, always a souring point for storylines, ubi soured my stomach on the storyline because they decided to continue pushing this LMB BAD, bs.
@@Gods_favorite_idiot Same, hopefully they won’t disappoint. My guess they are hiding identity as The division agent or became part of JTF but very rare deployment Or worse case realize In the Division timeline Government was incompetent so joined up LMB Black Tusk True sons Rogue Division, Hunter
I reckon they most likely joined Black Tusk, after all Black Tusk is essentially a more advanced version of the real world, Blackwater. So most likely those teams would get hired by the pmc, its essentially acting like a black ops pmc group, for the spec ops, they most likely became JTF instructors or security but in game JTF acts more like civilians than military, they seem out of their depth & untrained @@ZaiKerizm
The playable Division Agents in both games are a literal miracle life saving crutch for the JTF, they're already shown to be extremely incompetent and poorly lead. Ice another video! Also they become the White Tusk? They new?
There an elite force
The first 2 minutes of this video is some of your best work. LOVED the video.
It sucks Fay Lau Turned i was driven by her in the division 1 now I'm Determined to bring her down in the Division 2🔥💯Great Video NGN
WHAT SHE TURNED???!
I mean I expected everything but not her going rogue lmao
That's it! I'm playing division 1 again
Love the channel man. I’ve been playing nonstop since WoNY but I clearly missed a ton of stuff along the way. Can’t wait for you and Sergeant Graybeard’s podcast.
I think because mostly of what’s shown here is in The Division 1, the lore in the first one is massive
Great history lesson on the creation of The Buzz Battalion...er, I mean Last Man Battalion. Yeah, Last Man was totally what I meant to say. Simple slip-up on my side. Bliss...I mean Buzz out.
😆😆😆
Love the videos mate keep doing what you do
This was very well put together. I injoyed this. Thankyou.
Looking forward to the movie mate.
You rock mate and that's the reason I feature your channel.
Awesome As Always!
Thanks NGN🙏
Absolutely love your channel. Keep up the good work.
Thanks mate 😊
Wait really? I didn't know that the White Tusk was consisted of the LMB and elite Black Tusk. I thought White Tusk was like some super elite version of the Black Tusks, while the LMB was combined into the Black Tusk as a whole.
Man, this really makes me want to play the game again. But I haven't logged in since before the expansion was added. I bet the game is crazy different now; it'd be hell trying to relearn it.
It’s a lot better since the expansion. And there’s not much more to learn. Everything has improved since WONY dropped. There’s more build variety and it’s easier to max out your gear. If you’re a fan of the game it’s definitely worth checking out. The expansion is worth it as well imo. There’s still a really large player base still playing.
@@xi-deadshot-ix5838 Well, I went ahead and booted up the game after a very lengthy patch download. I forgot how much I enjoyed this game, although I completely forgot how to do everything. I even had to ask chat how to swap armor plates in the middle of a fire-fight, haha. Should I just go straight to the expansion, or stick around the base game for awhile?
@@ragingfurball5419 totally up to you. The expansion doesn’t just have the NY content but unlocks the shd watch, season events, etc with all kinds of rewards. Maybe spend a couple hours to just re familiarize yourself then head to NY.
The production quality of the audio logs feels so much better than the main story to be honest.
This channel is what made me want to play the division.
Great video as always keep em coming.
Amazing as always, you rock thank you.
Love the vids
So glad the LMB live on in some way. Best enemy faction I’d join.
Sgt Russell Colfax. LMB status report comms. His comms is so funny 🤣
Beautiful video! Definitely old school style here! Love it boss! 🌎🇺🇸💪😎👍🇵🇷🌍
Good stuff, thanks for this!
Love you man for your stuff
Great as always!!
I love your videos massive needs to hire you for their lore story content
Great video!
Father NGN puts out a vid and I'm all in
Love your videos
I am a simple man. I see videos from NGN, I like.
That intro. Woah
I remember watching this during the lockdown
Did some LMB join the JTF as a few look like it in the animated divsion 2 warlords of NY trailer? Amazing video and edits
Yep
Too bad they were easily defeated by the Rikers
@@sanlorenzo7896 to be fair there was a rouge agent there leading the rikers
@@user-Jay178 And they had Theo to disable the striker drone. XD
But still, the Rikers had it easy in that battle. I didn’t see any shield heavies, grenadiers, or even any shotgun rushers. I mean the rushers were technically there, but I didn’t see any of them use the Saiga 12
@@user-Jay178 And this is the same exact Rikers that get a rework from aggressive combat style to "shield nuts", I saw about 3 classes armed with shield (sniper with police shield, Gunner with deployable shield, Tank with bootleg Blitz's shield and JTF have none of shield at all)
Thanks!
I'm curious to know why the hunters were willing to join them and the other factions on hunting down keener in resistance.
Imagine how cool it could be to have "killed Keener" on your resumé.
fantastic work
The Year 5 Roadmap shows us going back to NYC.
Thanks for these nice to refresh and learn
tbf i wouldn't mind being able to play as a division agent in the LMB
LMB who got killed by division agents:
Sargent Lewis
Sargent Jacks
Sargent Kings
Corporal Foley
Corporal Thorne
Captain Perez
Charles Bliss

Long live the lmb
To the very last man.
We will fight to the last man
Cant wait for the movie they are currently directing. Yes it is confirmed, cant remember the movie director but he is known for other movies.
Sadly with some salt, we must know the movie can..and most likely will be very different ..
In Division one it feels more like a pandemic has happened
They should hire you to help write a tv series for The Division.
The LMB were a good morally grey faction.
I know it would never happen but it would be cool if a small force of former members of the last man battalion that were recruited into the black tusk reformed the last man battalion and teamed up with the division and fought for the a better cause this time. The last man battalion was awesome in the division 1 they actually put up a fight and they looked like a force not to be messing with
I have a question who would actually win in a fight the jtf are lmb, without the division agents and Rogue agents
LMB are pretty much elite national guard, some recent ops others paramilitary, the JTF have army elements too but too many are from local law enforcement and Paramedic staff. It's like asking who would win between London Metropolitan Police, and the SAS.
The LMB became what they swore to destroy.... A Division
The LMB were the only ones who could've brought order to the world.
Since where going back to Brooklyn I hope see remnants of the LMB maybe as a shadow of their former selves probably still wearing those white camo outfits but with the green markings of the JTF
this should have been a movie
Just saw this video, amazing breakdown but I'm kinda wondering. Did anyone notice there are LMB insignias on aegis gear sets? Could LMB return to The Division 2?
I really liked the LMB so much that I made a fan faction where it's just the LMB but in the dark zone... central park to be exact...
Basically the story for those guys are, one guy "The Wolf" was one of the first to turn to the Lmb due to his relationship with bliss and would turn rogue when things started to become sour, didn't like the extremist group of rogues in the lmb that he didn't join it (Keener's old group)
During the UN battle, The Wolf could have killed Keener but went off lucky, knowing it was the end of the lmb, after the battle. He gathered all he could (supplies, men and robotics) and went to the dark zone starting the DZB
Instead of going to known areas where agents normally go through, they moved into central park due to how dangerous the virus was there (risk of infection)
I kinda didn't have DZB do too much, The Wolf had made a operation plan where they use the subways to attack Division HQ and cause a mass EMP on the roof of the building making the agents skills useless. But that plan is too costly that they are still working on recovery, hell when Black Tusk went by assuming that there LMB still, DZB said no for the offer. They where to use the subways to also spread around the city like wildfire.
That is about what I would do if the creators wanted the LMB to be still around but not quite
I really miss fighting the lmb as a division agent but like you saying we still have them in division 2 with the white tusk 🤔🤔🤔
Wow cool 😎
Is it just me or does that lmb soldier kinda sound like the white grandson from the boondocks..
Yeah he does sound like Ed
what if charles bliss escaped with helicopter from united nation building and his whereabouts is unknown and last man battalion is still active in the division 2 and warlords of new york and lmb are allies to true sons and black tusk and new archetype lmb assault, lmb thrower, lmb controller used as drone with gun, lmb leader, lmb rusher, and lmb warhound used as lmg and new redesigned of lmb medic, lmb sniper, lmb engineer used as turret and lmb tank used as assault rifle with box magazine and reinforcer chem launcher
I wish they would bring back the LMB
I really hope in the new, dlc that maybe the, lmb can return in some way but i don't think that will happen
They will return in a coming season on division 2
Can you help me enlighten me about this? I can't see any news/post from Ubisoft
The white tusk? Who are they
Its a unofficial name for the elite BTSU troops found in Legendary missions.
@@NGN oh ok hopefully we might see more groups like that in the division 3
@@Gods_favorite_idiot They are a real American hero. Battling evil whenever there’s trouble. 😉
@@sanlorenzo7896 BASED im actualy exited for thw new division content
@@Gods_favorite_idiot Same, hopefully they won’t disappoint. We’re already running out of persons of interest from the Manhunt seasons and we still haven’t figured out what the Black Tusk really want.
Although personally for me, given that it’s made by Ubisoft, I think they’re just the modern day Templars of Abstergo Industries from Assassins Creed.
And Captain Dorsman
I'm sorry but the first Division just felt right along with environment too
i wonder what happened to the u.s special forces and black ops units
My guess they are hiding identity as The division agent or became part of JTF but very rare deployment
Or worse case realize In the Division timeline Government was incompetent so joined up LMB Black Tusk True sons Rogue Division, Hunter
The more and more I look at this from a neutral perspective.
I start to realize that the division kinda sucks

hi
Hope bliss isn’t dead, maybe he wasn’t in that chopper, hopping……….
The playable Division Agents in both games are a literal miracle life saving crutch for the JTF, they're already shown to be extremely incompetent and poorly lead. Goobisoft should've let players decide who'd they would want to fight for in the campaign instead of simping for a basically dead arm of the federal and state government.
If only this guy was real then no stupid anti mask protests and back to a normal world lol
