Really fun to watch. Do you have a dogleg manual transmission? Forgive me for asking this because for most other cars that use 3rd gear on the majority of corners at the 'Ring, it looks like you're at where 4th gear is? Maybe you have really short gear ratios
Thanks. No it is a MK2.5 6 speed with a 3.9 diff. Making 4th gear effectively what 3rd would be in a 5 speed box. Admittedly I could use 3rd in some of the corners where I use 4th, but find I am then needing to change up mid-corner.

Get an android head unit like a Vanku or Pumpkin and install MS Droid on it (only works with Megasquirt ECUs as far as I'm aware). There are other apps for other ECU / preferences but that's the jist of it.
Try swapping ro 3.63 diff ratio. It will be just amazing. It made my 5 feel like it shoukd be since I turbocharged it and swapped my 5-speed for a 6 -speed

@@ulugbek1995 to be fair there are N/A MX-5's that are doing 8:30ish lap times at stock power. Generally their setup is better or they're a better driver than me 😅

It's a android double din head unit with MS Dash running. I used to have a Nexus 7 in there but it was way too old and laggy.

How much power does it have?
I think it has a bit more to give with a bit of seat time 😅 it's pushing 312bhp currently.

May I ask what model that 2 DIN panel is? I'm looking for an Android panel so I can connect it to the Megasquirt, to get more live data out of it.
