The actual albums ( 3 in total) are BRILLIANT. Paid for each, $30 double CD sets, still feel like I ripped them off! (The album is even made to flow from track to track!) What album? OPEN SPACE The Classic Chillout Album Volume [X] (1,2 and 3)! So sad they stopped! (Albums are between 2000 and 2007.)

I was on a small-boat Nile River cruise when I heard this for the first time. It was a warm day and we were just lazily going down the river taking in the scenery in an area which probably hadn't changed much in 2,000 years (between Esna and Kom Umbu). Locals were fishing and youngsters were playing on the riverbank. I know this has a tropical feel to most folks, but I can picture the river in my mind when I hear this.

Thank you! I’m a bit older than most here and knew it was a sample from something I had heard in the 1960s but had no idea from where. It’s amazing how music is stacked since sampling became so popular. The sampler becomes more popular than the original music and artist. That’s ok but people should be made aware when there was all this work and artistry put into the original.

The first time I heard this song was quite memorable. It was at the introduction of the Buick Enclave in Detroit. The car emerged from behind a curtain surrounded by women moving slowly in flowing gowns with billowing smoke. I wish I had a picture!

The first time I heard this song was quite memorable. It was at the introduction of the Buick Enclave in Detroit. The car emerged from behind a curtain surrounded by women moving slowly in flowing gowns with billowing smoke. I wish I had a picture!
