OWNorDisown Nice. One question though. I’m kinda surprised about the tempratures on the aero and razer. Since literally everyone razer owner complains about the tempratures being too high. Yet the aero gets warmer in this review, any idea why that could be?
@@Condemic My Razer if course has been repasted with liquid metal which is probably good for 5 degrees whilst the aero 15x uses stock paste. They both only have those to small heatsinks at the back too which doesn't give much surface area to dissipate the heat. The Razer also has that vapour chamber, how effective that is I don't know, but it covers a large area and I'm sure radiates more heat than if it we're just the bare heat pipes. I was thinking about putting thermal pads on there to make it touch the aluminum back and see if brings temps down further.
I've heard alot of mixed things to be honest. General concenus is that it runs hot so will be interesting to see how LM repaste compares to stock paste. Dell have been cancelling people's orders too - mine included.

dont change the thermal paste. its not worth the minor effort. i switched mine with ic graphite (same heat disapation as liquid metal with way less hazard and hassle) on the gpu and cpu and all it did was balance the temps, which i kind of expected but was hoping for a bit more improvement
@@BobOfAllTrades yep, the problem is the lack of heat pipes. itd run around 85-90c on the cpu on heavy load (thermal throttle) and the gpu would sit at 65-70c. after i did that, they both sit around the same temp (within 2-3 degrees), peaking around 80-85c with both the cpu and gpu. which tells me that the heat pipes arent removing the heat as fast as the chips make it. also the ic graphite is doing its job so well its trading the heat back and forth evenly which is good, its just too much for 2 pipes

Yea clearly the Zephyrus S is the winner! If you are going to game, which this laptops are made for, you need to be plugged in to an outlet so yea, cheaper and a cooler system/keyboard, go ASUS! Oh yea, thank you Stephen for an awesome comparison! Keep up the good work.
Hi Steven, Zephyrus S has just come to my country, and its price is Rp 36.000.000 in IDR, that is $2479 in USD. 50% more than the Amazon, and made me disappointed. What's more is that, that $2479 Zephyrus only got GTX1060 on it while all the other specs are the same. The price went more than 50% and it got a lower performance than what's on Amazon. So yeah, I might change my choice. :(
@@OWNORDISOWN I know right? Even Gigabyte Aero 15x is only Rp 37.700.000 that is $2600, the price went up too, but that model is a GTX1070 Max-Q. There might be a mistake as this is only the third day (Been out since 06 Dec 2018), at least that's what I hoped. If $2479 in here is GTX1070 Max-Q, I might just take it as this is how it goes in here for every other import thing. :') And I'm planning to take this laptop for 5-7 years later so it might not be much of a difference.
You may want to change you description. The Zephyrus S model reviewed here is the GX531 and is a new model. The original Zephyrus with the similar keyboard/trackpad and the GTX1080 was the GX501 and the GM501 is the Zephryus M with the more standard keyboard layout
After seeing all the reviews, these RTX laptop are a big let down in thermals and performance. The ASUS Scar II RTX 2070(non-max-q) is the best I've seen overall
Yes, I talked about this back in December but got a lot of flack for it. Apart from the prospect of Ray Tracing and any applications that can make use of the Tensor cores there's not alot out there that couldn't be achieved with a GTX card. The RTX 2070 performs just under a GTX 1080 which we already had. Only the non max Q 2080 offers anything extra and probably the best value one out there is the MSI GE75 Raider.
Already bought Zephyrus S GX531. Thinnest gaming laptop, only thing I don't like is the battery. My friend bought a Blade 15, design like my old macbook pro 15 inch, big track pad is easy to use.
Thank you for the great video! I planned to get a new laptop this Thanksgiving and your videos really helped me a lot. I finally picked up the Aero 15x. I have learned that by tweaking some settings one could further boost its performance, but unfortunately I am really noob in this field... Are you going to make any videos focusing on how you tune the laptops you reviewed in detail? Or could you please give me some advice about where to start?
I almost always have my laptop plugged in. And plugged into an external monitor. I just bought the Zyphrus S, but it's 2020 and this video is older. I thought it had a 2070 but I see its a 1070 maxq. Hope it's good for a few years.
Yeah, it should be good for a while yet. The 1070MQ is the same as the 1660Ti that they sell now, and there is only about a 6 to 8% difference to the 2060.
Excellent video! I wish I did more research and found your channel before buying as I would have gone from buying a GS65 to the Zeph S, but as they say hindsight is always 20/20 right? Thank you for putting this together!

Hey Stephen, love the review. I went with the Aero 15x overall mainly because of the battery life. I have a quick question though. Would you ever consider making a video or giving a quick rundown on your preferred setup/best way to setup the aero? I tend to have some lagging at time when opening apps and it is slow at certain times even when web surfing.
Hi Greg, thanks, glad you liked my video 😀 Are you getting the correct read speeds from your SDD? How about updates, did it start getting slow after a certain update , or is the CPU busy with some background task? Task manager will show you this. Does it still occur when plugged in and on high performance? I think the most likely cause is some rogue program taking up CPU cycles or memory. The biggest upgrade I recommend is running dual channel RAM but you should still not see slow downs opening apps or web browsing.
OWNorDisown thanks for the reply. I ended up doing a fresh install of windows and redownloading and updating off of gigabytes website and this cleared up my issues. It turned out I had some gigabyte bloatware/software that was in the background. Thanks again for the advice!
You must have got a premium Zephyrus because I have returned 2 for light bleed and 1 mote for higher temps above 90 when gaming on turbo. Even the 3rd laptop has severe light bleed but it’s tolerable compared to the others.
I just bought mine from Amazon as soon as it came out. Strange. I think you have just been unlucky with the temps - I had another viewer who said his were great. Lightbleed is just luck of the draw and guess I got lucky there for sure.
1:47 so black is blue on the aero 15x :O can you link those pretty wallpapers/photos at 1:57 and 2:02. how does aero 15x flex compare to msi gs65 flex?
I use footage from th-cam.com/video/81InTTQSqvg/w-d-xo.html, it has some great 4k footage. The GS65 definitely has more flex. The back panel on the GS65 is really thin and bends easily, whilst the back of the Aero 15x is much stiffer. The same can be said of the panel.
Nice video But Why not including gs 65 steath, HP omen gtx 1070? And actually at Indonesia those cost : Razer you have pay extra 70% price Zephyrus you have to pay extra 50% price Aero you have to pay 25% extra price If price to perfomance with that kind of price Which will you suggest?
I reviewed the GTX 1060 GS65 a bit ago but since it didn't have the same GPU didn't include it. Thought about it but since I don't physically have it anymore I wouldn't be able to show it alongside the rest. th-cam.com/video/JPV5czFdh9A/w-d-xo.html If the Aero is cheaper for you then that is the one to get. Make sure you factor in the cost of another stick of RAM otherwise perforance is slashed. See my full review on that. The Razer is the least value for money and with stock paste runs hot - although I hear the base model runs cool. The GS65 is nice, very light, bit flimsy perhaps but configure as you need it as the mobo is inverted and harder to do upgrades.
I bought the Gigabyte Aero 15x on Newegg for $1750 on Black Friday, but I returned it because of the weird drivers, wonky trackpad, and cramped keyboard. Very unhappy, so I ended up buying the Razer Blade for $400 more with coupons/discounts. I def ended up valuing build quality overall I guess
I'm sure it will be. Perhaps even slightly ahead of a GTX 1080 as that is more what it's performance compares too with Ray Tracing slapped on. Since Ray Tracing takes a huge hit on frame rates the gtx 1080 is still a viable option, especially as they will likely lower it's price to clear out stock.
How about adding the MSI GS65 Stealth and the new Alienware m15? I'd get the alienware because of the cooling but mainly the Graphics Amplifier which is the best!
I did review the GS65 (GTX 1060 model) : th-cam.com/video/JPV5czFdh9A/w-d-xo.html I can't afford to buy the GTX 1070 model so I will be comparing the m15 to the Razer 15 and Zephyrus S
How do you think the long term effects will be of these laptops averaging at 90’c or higher, they definitely don’t seem like they will hold up after a couple of years for someone that games heavily on them
Yes, even though Intel claims 100 deg C is OK I have my doubts and these are too expensive to take the risk. The Zephyrus S has the best cooling hands down, My Razer 15 with Liquid Metal, clocked at 3500 Mhz holds its own nicely even with an ambient temp of 82 Deg F (see my review), The Aero 15x - perhaps repasting might help but its borderline. Just tested the m15 and even with liquid metal it is gets crazy hot unless you drop the CPU clock.
@@vikrampandagale7432 I think the m is a good choice because either way battery life isn't great, you get Gsync and a thunderbolt 3port. All depends on price I guess.
@@OWNORDISOWN Yeah, and to save battery life Zephyrus S don't have Gsync, there is no thunderbolt 3 port. It has Max-Q design GPU. Is Max-Q GPU matters? In my country original Zephyrus is for 5000$, Zephyrus M GM501GM is for 2917$ and Zephyrus M GM501GS is for 3333$. Zephyrus S have not launch yet.
@@vikrampandagale7432 If you overclock the max Q 1070 it then reaches the same level of performance of the regular GTX 1070. I think the GM501GS is a good choice. The fans are louder I believe in case that is a concern.
I look long life in a laptop and somehow this can be proved only by a good system cooling that means Asus zephyrus s, but if you want something beautiful razer is, aero remains a powerful house but is not beautiful like razer and cool like Asus!
Asus is better than the gigabyte only because it's known to make long lasting quality products. That's why it's better than all of them actually. I wish Asus would make something that is like the razer design wise.
what is realy the problem with diffrent keyboard posytion? seriously and the track pad? I have no idea. Its better hands are farr away of the screen, there is space for air flow, and you can use bouth hands holding them paralel not crossed.
I personally have no issue but some people do. I imagine left handed people in particular would find the placement of the trackpad on try Zephyrus troublesome. I though the laptop was well balanced and didn't topple off my legs . You will be amazed at how many comments I got about the trackpad position.
I think if battery life is not super important then the Zephyrus S is the safest bet as it runs really well out of the box, plus its cheaper. If battery is important then both the Razer and Aero 15x are good - the latter perhaps getting the nod due to it's SD card which will be useful for you. I would configure it with two sticks of RAM though and be prepared to undervolt for gaming. The Razer with stock paste will get hot, so you will likely have to downclock the CPU, no backlighting on the secondary function keys so is a nightmare to type in the dark but has a great touchpad and build quality.
Did you keep the Razer blade or the Zephyurs? I am thinking about getting the Razer blade since I need battery life and a good cpu, but the zephyrus shure is interesting as well
Got the zephyrus gx531 now and cpu peaks @97 °C on Cinebench, Tomb raider and sometimes even hits 96%° when installing something. Idle temps are between 50-55. Do you think there's something wrong with it?
I was all for the zephyrus but that 50 watt battery is just disrespectful... that may be the smallest battery of any laptop on the market of this class... After using the Blade 15, MSI g65 and Aero 15x the Razer is my suggestion. Better build quality . Amazing battery life and better software. But the CPU has severe power throttling issues that have been well documented
Yes, if it had an 80wH battery it would be a keeper for me. I found that on the Razer if I used Throttlestop to increase the TDP power to the CPU, undervolt, and cap at 3600
OWNorDisown I will deff try that! I have not messed around with TDP but I have repasted with Arctic silver 5 capped it to 35 for 4+ cores and 3.8 for 1&2 cores and I now on 95% of games I'm getting 3m5 GHz @ around 82c never going over 85 so that's a W for.me. but anything that is well optimized for multicore performance tanks this to 2.9 - 3.1 even with the temps under 80c because it power throttles.... It's a very annoying issue considering it has a 230watt Brock and receive plenty of power to run at turbo clocks. So why it does this makes no sense. I can understand if it's sitting over 90c and is thermal throttling but power throttles for this machine make no sense at all
I reviewed that (GTX 1060 model) a bit ago, was going to show it - screen, ports, speakers but felt that foortae I took was in different conditions and wanted it to be 100% comparable. Of course, the benchmarks would be different too. You have to bear in mind, I am a small channel - I spent $4900 of my own money on two of these laptops and I wasn't going to spend another $2000 to just buy the 1070 model of the GS65 just for this video.
That is sometimes easier said then done. I try to help people make that choice via my videos. In my case it is not always as clear - for example my Razer cost $3000 as I have a 1TB SSD and it is liquid metaled with good Fujipoly pads. BUT if I was to sell it today I would perhaps get $2k for it. The Zephyrus S cost me $1900, sell it today I might get $1500 for it. So from a loss perspective it makes sense to keep the Razer EVEN If I prefer the Zephyrus's temperatures and performance. BUT if I was a new buyer like my viewers usually are they don't have that problem as they are just buying one of them.
Because I was using Turbo mode on the Asus and Gaming mode on the Razer - both of which overclock them. I scanned through the footage of the games I used on all 3 laptops, some of which I didn't show the balanced but I did have this footage on these two games overclocked with max fan.
@@santyclos1302 true, but I had never tested it so it would all be guessing on how it performs. I had tested the 1060 model. I could have included the m15 too but didn't have that on hand. I wanted to show them side by side, show what they were like next to each other . So I needed them with me ...
Just answered you regarding the GS65. I don't have the Omen GTX 1070. I don't have a magic bag to pull laptops out of...I bought the Zephyrus and Razer myself and only have so much money.
I have an Aero 15x. They are WAY CHEAPER on Amazon then the price he said. You can get one for like $1650 dollars and you get a copy of Black Ops 4 with it. I just really didn't like the keyboard placement on the Asus zephyrus. I use my laptop on my lap a lot and that keyboard is just not made for that. Also if you tweak your settings properly on the i7-8750h in XTU and get a undervolt you can get significantly lower temps and higher clock speed. If your willing to take the time to set the Aero 15x up properly it's an awesome laptop.
Hello I also ordered my Aero 15x on Black Friday. I don't have much knowledge about computers but I wish I could tune this new machine to the best. Do you have any advice about how to tweak the settings properly?
Doesn't the aero 15x have significantly longer runtime than all other gaming laptops even the Razor? How did it come off second best ? Fresh windows install and correct driver updates ? Undervolted ?
It had all the updates (apart from Windows 1809) , I spent a good deal of time getting the drivers in order - especially the video drivers and also sorting out that LAN Optimizer program from screwing up network speeds. I did the exact same test as the rest - played the same TH-cam playlist, laptop in the same room and same settings. My only conclusion it must have been because it was a heavily used review unit whilst all the rest were brand new. That's why I included the result from the Aero 15w v8 - same battery - which was more in line with the Razer 15.
I have two of them coming in. Dell cancelled my own order for some random reason so I reordered it and I have one comin in from Hidevolution. So I will do silver v red, stock paste v liquid metal and I will compare to the Zephyrus s and Razer 15
@@OWNORDISOWN wow that would be awesome. I am getting a new slim gaming laptop in mid or late December, your comparison and review would be extremely helpful to me. Its time to upgrade my alienware m17x r4 which served me solid 6+ years.

No, I didn't forget it. I reviewed the GTX 1060 one th-cam.com/video/JPV5czFdh9A/w-d-xo.html I couldn't directly compare all tests with the other 3, because a) it's graphics card was different and the benchmarks would have been meaningless and b) I didn't have it anymore. I felt that including footage of that , say in a PIP, would have made it rather cramped plus stuff like image quality may be different since recording conditions may be slightly different. I paid $4900 for two of these laptops and I wasn't going to spend $2k on the 1070 model just for this video. Hence the video title does not mention the GS65. If I did mention it and it wasn't there then I would agree I forgot it.
I think any of the six core i7 8750h ones will be perfectly fine, go for one with dual channel RAM (two sticks) and an SSD. Lots of choices out there. I would say anything with a GTX 1050ti or better is good too. Skip the HP Pavilion as it runs hot and throttles. The MSI GP63 is a good one as is the GL504 Hero 2.

I've heard alot of mixed things to be honest. General concenus is that it runs hot so will be interesting to see how LM repaste compares to stock paste. Dell have been cancelling people's orders too - mine included.
Thx for the answer... I'm looking to buy me a gaming laptop soon but kinda torn on what to choose
@@Blissful_Sin my m15 arrived last night. Doesn't look as nice as the Razer or zephyrus but it's light and quite thin. Seems solid enough. Will do a video on unboxing and first look tonight

Hey mate, thanks for the sub! Glad my videos help. I really like doing the comparisons and will have a good one with the m15 coming up this weekend 👌
I'd go for ASUS, audio quality matters a lot to me :D
I just got my Aero 15X this past Friday on yours and Bobs recommendation! Thank you very much good sir!
dont change the thermal paste. its not worth the minor effort. i switched mine with ic graphite (same heat disapation as liquid metal with way less hazard and hassle) on the gpu and cpu and all it did was balance the temps, which i kind of expected but was hoping for a bit more improvement
Brad Haines wasn’t planning on it but thanks for the heads up! Only changes I plan on are adding another 16GB Stick of RAM and a 1TB M.2 SSD
@@NomadicDuck unless you NEED the full 32gb id hold out, ram prices are insane.
i added a 2tb wd blue, works like a charm and only cost 330$
Brad Haines Tested with the fans at their max speed?
@@BobOfAllTrades yep, the problem is the lack of heat pipes. itd run around 85-90c on the cpu on heavy load (thermal throttle) and the gpu would sit at 65-70c. after i did that, they both sit around the same temp (within 2-3 degrees), peaking around 80-85c with both the cpu and gpu. which tells me that the heat pipes arent removing the heat as fast as the chips make it. also the ic graphite is doing its job so well its trading the heat back and forth evenly which is good, its just too much for 2 pipes
I have waiting this video for so long
I hope it helps you :)
i am still using the Asus , its a great machine , i applied liquid metal, it runs cool.

Yeh, that is crazy expensive !
And I'm planning to take this laptop for 5-7 years later so it might not be much of a difference.

Possibly and probably the best showdown in history cant wait for another!
Very well review i like it.....
Thanks, glad you did :)
Already bought Zephyrus S GX531. Thinnest gaming laptop, only thing I don't like is the battery. My friend bought a Blade 15, design like my old macbook pro 15 inch, big track pad is easy to use.
Yes, that is my main gripe with it. If only it had say a 70wh battery in there :(
Thank you for the great video!
Hi Wenkun ! Thanks, glad you find them useful :) Yes, I will be doing a tweak guide, including battery life tweaks :)
@@OWNORDISOWN Awesome! Thank you so much!

Nice video
But
Why not including gs 65 steath, HP omen gtx 1070?
And actually at Indonesia those cost :
Razer you have pay extra 70% price
Zephyrus you have to pay extra 50% price
Aero you have to pay 25% extra price
If price to perfomance with that kind of price
Which will you suggest?
I reviewed the GTX 1060 GS65 a bit ago but since it didn't have the same GPU didn't include it. Thought about it but since I don't physically have it anymore I wouldn't be able to show it alongside the rest.
th-cam.com/video/JPV5czFdh9A/w-d-xo.html
If the Aero is cheaper for you then that is the one to get.
Great vid as usual! Do you know if any of the Asus Zephyrus laptops have touchscreen??
Thanks Nikko ! No, I don't think any of them do :(
I went with my heart over my head lol..Great Review tho
I bought the Gigabyte Aero 15x on Newegg for $1750 on Black Friday, but I returned it because of the weird drivers, wonky trackpad, and cramped keyboard. Very unhappy, so I ended up buying the Razer Blade for $400 more with coupons/discounts. I def ended up valuing build quality overall I guess
You bought it, got it, and returned it all within a day or 2
CES2019 is just 1 month away, Do you think the price of RTX2070 laptop will be too high than GTX1070 laptop?
I'm sure it will be. Perhaps even slightly ahead of a GTX 1080 as that is more what it's performance compares too with Ray Tracing slapped on. Since Ray Tracing takes a huge hit on frame rates the gtx 1080 is still a viable option, especially as they will likely lower it's price to clear out stock.
yr awesome thanx
Thanks for watching!
Asus😍👍 You should do similar video for best 1060,1070 etc. Laptops.
I can do, as long as I can use footage recorded at different times :)
How about adding the MSI GS65 Stealth and the new Alienware m15? I'd get the alienware because of the cooling but mainly the Graphics Amplifier which is the best!
I did review the GS65 (GTX 1060 model) :
th-cam.com/video/JPV5czFdh9A/w-d-xo.html
I can't afford to buy the GTX 1070 model so I will be comparing the m15 to the Razer 15 and Zephyrus S
Asus is indeed better value for money and performance
Yes, I agree
Such a nice comparison👌. Sir, will you compare Zephyrus S with Zephyrus M?
Thanks ! I just sold my Zephyrus S and its shipping out today. If I can get a Zephyrus M I would love to :)
@@OWNORDISOWN Thanks for replying sir. I'm confuse whether which one will be a great deal. Zephyrus S & M specs are different though.
Yes, you have summed it up very well :) Thanks!
Asus is better than the gigabyte only because it's known to make long lasting quality products. That's why it's better than all of them actually. I wish Asus would make something that is like the razer design wise.

I personally have no issue but some people do. I imagine left handed people in particular would find the placement of the trackpad on try Zephyrus troublesome.
I though the laptop was well balanced and didn't topple off my legs .
You will be amazed at how many comments I got about the trackpad position.
Would you mind telling me what software you were using while testing the temperature of GPU/CPU in PUBG?

@@OWNORDISOWN Thank you so much, I kinda wanna test my old laptop for no reason but appreciated.
i am a photographer and gamer too so which one is the best for me from your experience with these 3 laptop
The Razer with stock paste will get hot, so you will likely have to downclock the CPU, no backlighting on the secondary function keys so is a nightmare to type in the dark but has a great touchpad and build quality.
any chance for a future side by side of a few 1080 Max-Q laptops?
There is always a chance Steve. I can't afford to buy any right now but I can always see if I can get some review units.
Did you keep the Razer blade or the Zephyurs? I am thinking about getting the Razer blade since I need battery life and a good cpu, but the zephyrus shure is interesting as well
At the moment I plan selling the Zephyrus S and keeping the Razer 15. I have the m15 coming in so that might change if that is any good..
what if you put thermal pads in the razer so there is contact with vapor chamber and the metal cover will it help the temps?
Yes, I was planning on testing that 😀
@@OWNORDISOWN I was thinking about it because no way a vacuum cooler will work on razer but maybe a cooling fan
@@dandan6683 I'm sure Mobiletechreview did it with success. It will make for a good cheap video 😀
I can understand if it's sitting over 90c and is thermal throttling but power throttles for this machine make no sense at all
Yes, it does suck. Have you disabled BDPROCHOT and speedshift+ EPP to 1 ?
Could you do a thorough comparison of the gs65 and the aero 15x

RAM: 40GB total (1x8 GB and 1 x 32GB), SSD: 2 TB

Where is the MSI GS65 in this??
I reviewed that (GTX 1060 model) a bit ago, was going to show it - screen, ports, speakers but felt that foortae I took was in different conditions and wanted it to be 100% comparable. Of course, the benchmarks would be different too. You have to bear in mind, I am a small channel - I spent $4900 of my own money on two of these laptops and I wasn't going to spend another $2000 to just buy the 1070 model of the GS65 just for this video.
Hi, do you think Aero 15w produce less heat dissipation than 15x, since 15w has gtx1060 which has lower TDP?
Actually it was only a degree or two cooler if I recall. Here is my review on that one th-cam.com/video/fckuznZbIfw/w-d-xo.html
I bought aero 15-x9 rtx 2070 32 GB. After 2 weeks , it doesn’t turn on !!! I don’t know why ???!!!!!
What does the tech support say?
You choose very good laptops.
I try :) Although I have looks at some not so good ones :)
@@OWNORDISOWN You have to know how to choose
Uh what about msi gs65?
Why did you overclock the aero 15x?
Because I was using Turbo mode on the Asus and Gaming mode on the Razer - both of which overclock them. I scanned through the footage of the games I used on all 3 laptops, some of which I didn't show the balanced but I did have this footage on these two games overclocked with max fan.

It is a great laptop for sure. As I wrote in the description I filmed it before the Black Friday sales and thus prices were higher.

@@atakanakkaya8838 you can get an eGPU, I recommend the Aorus GTX 1070 or 1080 gaming box and hook it up via the thunderbolt 3 port.
How does that eGPU thing works? Is it compatiple for the yoga 720?
Ummmm MSI GS65? Uhhh forgot one lol
No, I didn't forget it. I reviewed the GTX 1060 one th-cam.com/video/JPV5czFdh9A/w-d-xo.html
I couldn't directly compare all tests with the other 3, because a) it's graphics card was different and the benchmarks would have been meaningless and b) I didn't have it anymore.
Best laptop for an architect student?
I think any of the six core i7 8750h ones will be perfectly fine, go for one with dual channel RAM (two sticks) and an SSD. Lots of choices out there. I would say anything with a GTX 1050ti or better is good too.
Skip the HP Pavilion as it runs hot and throttles. The MSI GP63 is a good one as is the GL504 Hero 2.
@@OWNORDISOWN oh yeah .. i am still student so the budget isn't that great around 1100$
@@ibrahimal.bughdadi225 perhaps the Acer Helios 300? That was $999. microcenter has the Omen 15 for $999 if you live near one of their stores. Other good budget option is the Acer Nitro 5
@@OWNORDISOWN oh yeah thanks , i was thinking of the dell g5 but i don't really like the screen though :)
I chose MSI gs65 , zepherus s doesn’t have 32g, gigabyte service has bad reputation
Actually, if you configure the Zephyrus S with Hidevolution you can get it with 40GB RAM...Still, GS65 is nice, I liked how light it was
Gigabyte 15x is my favourite but i think the webcam is in the wrong place
Yes, I think everyone agrees with that one. They wanted to go with a uniform bezel all the way around but Razer's top bezel is pretty thin (7mm v 5mm I think) and it has the camera up there..
OWNorDisown totally agree, i dont think Gigabyte will make that mistake, on the next model i hope
