THANK YOU!!!! I have 4C and went almost 30 years with relaxer so I am having to relearn how to do natural hair. I have been natural for almost 3 years and everytime I ask anyone how to sleep they tell me pineapple pineapple pineapple. Well, this actually broke it down into a much better way to keep from the smooshed hair I have been waking up with for the past couple of years Thanks for posting and having such cute thicker hair. OMG this vid was so so helpful because I was ready to give up on wash n go's because they would only last a day. This method worked so well I can go up to 5 day's (5 days is stretching it lol) but it works. Thanks for sharing!

I have been looking for a good way to try and maintain my curls at night. I always get the super smashed head lol. I'm going to try this technique and hope it works.
