It's not polished even for its time but it had so many features that even games nowadays barely have like trunk access, enter literally any door (a lot of them are reused rooms) and the map size alone was huge for a 2005 gta clone. It was so good. I miss it a lot. Ive tried to get it working on emulator but i just couldnt 😔 LA is good too but its very dated. Much more so than NY.
