I don't normally comment much on videos but the sheer level of entitlement from some of the comments on the recent videos is madness. TH-camrs are under no obligation to provide you with entertainment, at the end of the day they do it out of either enjoyment or to pay the bills, if you don't enjoy the content then move on. James uploaded pretty solidly for a long time and then around the same sort of time frame as a number of other TH-camrs, decided to take a break. It's entirely possible the poor guy had burnout, it's incredibly common for working people to experience this no matter what field of work they are in, thanks to how stressful modern day living is. He may have had family stuff and needed time to find balance again, you just don't know. These shorter videos might be his way of slowly getting back on his feet before pivoting back to more long form stuff. Hell, if he has "sold the channel" that's completely within his right to. Get off your high horses and cut the man some slack. Talk about biting the hand that feeds you... Sorry for the rant, hope you're doing good James 👍

If you don't like it, then fair enough, constructive criticism is fine, but all these "ThEsE ViDeOs ArE TrAsH BrO" comments are completely unnecessary. I honestly feel like the "video game easter egg/glitch" TH-cam genre is defined by 3 creator's: The Easter Egg Hunter, Oddheader and CaptainEggcellent. All 3 of you have a unique and varying content portfolio and when you were still making content (long form and new videos) it was like.. the perfect balance? Dunno, but its always felt like something was missing since you withdrew. Anyway, I also have complete understanding and respect for any youtubers wishes to either stop all together or change their channel etc, god only knows how much of a drain it can be for some, and we never know what our favourite creators have going on in their lives outside of TH-cam, so it's unfair to moan and cry "come back!" I agree. I remember when James "The Easter Egg Hunter" and those other channels you mentioned were in their prime. I would always look forward to new EE's in Videogames, as they are one of my favourite things in all of gaming and with that, I always knew I could rely on The EE Hunter to bring us some banger content, but I have realized that their uploads have begun to die down a bit. I dunno why exactly. It could be because a YT Channel dedicated solely to EE's is a bit difficult to maintain and stay consistent. It could be some personal stuff that they are dealing or they are simply a bit burnt out? Who knows, but I could tell that The EE Hunter is well aware of his less prominent prescence on YT and perhaps they are trying to make a comeback or at least say that they are alive with these videos that they are making on BO6 Zombies. Which is the perfect game to come back to if that is the case, since it has tons of EE's. Which means tons of content for The EE Hunter Channel.
With "fans" like the ones commenting trash here, i would totally leave the channel. Give some love, people! If you are people at all... James, you're the best. Whatever you are doing, or will do, is going to be the product of a great man. Don't mind the vermint. It's often on the side of the road

It seems they decided to make a comeback with this new zombies in BO6. I'm assuming they are a large time fan of it, but there content obviously doesn't revolve around COD Zombies, so they don't always make videos on it, except when, well, a new Treyarch Zombies comes out in the next COD game. Also, one of the main things about COD Zombies is the Easter eggs in it. So, it makes sense that The Easter Egg Hunter would come back for this game.
