Great stuff! Loved the lesson. Only thing I'd change is the type of text you chose for the notes on screen, which is hard to read, maybe add a plane background behind it for ease of reading. Anyway great stuff!
Thanks for the feedback! I will make sure to continue adding shadows to our text. I know things get harder to see on a phone screen and that's how most folks watch!

Strategy check here: is it worth it to spend time developing a style built around a favorite punch? You mentioned Frazier's hook. It seemed to me he was constantly flowing, throwing, and using his version of Lane theory to set up his hook and he mastered it. So is that something we can do or is that reserved for legends?
If you've got a money punch, you will learn to leverage your understanding of the sweet science to funnel opponents into that punch. But understanding principals, positions, and tactics is the only way 👊
@@bambaraboxing "Money" is a little too strong a word 😂. But appreciate the game. It's starting to make sense though where I see the opportunity to throw my favorite shot in the flow of moving, defending, and instigating. 🥊
Coach for the second rule: open with linear punches if I am on the line you mean I should only throw jab and cross if Iam on the line of fire? Another question is it good to move head while throwing the 1 - 2 ?
The delivery of your instruction is so crystal clear. Such a good coach!
More lane theory drills, please? Love the channel, Coach.
best advice fr. most coaches aren't talkin bout this stuff 🔥
Played around with these in sparring today and they worked well. Thanks!
As an aside, I like Renee's new hair style.

Means open with a punch between thier guard. And you should always move your head with the 12 if you're in punch range.
Does punching in couplet mean I should throw only two punches? Would it be wrong to throw more?
Couplet is the minimum
I appreciate your response, thank you coach ❤️❤️
