    Getting up, making hot lemon water, and immediately getting started on our Bible verse and Read-Aloud for the day; the rest seems to fall into place after that. I also have resigned myself to the fact that I am a much better wife, mother, etc. When I set alarms for various things throughout the day (walk the dog, make dinner, take the kids to activities, etc.) because I lose track so easily.

    I'm not normally a commenter, but I love your channel. It's like sitting down with a cup of coffee with an old friend who is wise and kind. I love how Christ is so important to you. This is my absolute favorite channel. I'm going to be ordering some merch soon, and I can't wait. I don't normally support a TH-camr in that fashion, but Jaime is amazing, and I the mech is so cute and simple. I can't wait. Thank you for all that you do, Jaime.

    Some of my habits are opening the blinds first thing, reading to my kids every night and praying with them, cleaning the house before bedtime so I can wake up to a clean house. It makes everyone in a better mood. One of my main habits is I have to vacuum every single day! I am a clean freak so I enjoy having a clean house!!

    Everyday i get in the word and do my prayer journal. I read one chapter from another book as well. Im trying to be healthier physically. Drinking more water, and going for walks regularly. I do the messy bun more days then not...lol ....and i stopped wearing make up few years back because i started having a reaction to it. ☹️ Hoping to someday find some natural products i can tolerate..i do miss wearing it. 🤷

    YES!! I drink water all day every day. I do have a morning decaf coffee or tea, but other than that it is water, water and more water. I pray out loud with my kids every night and they get really involved since we added a chance for each of us to say what we are thankful for that day. This is such a great habit.

    Keeping my bedroom clean is hard it always ends up as a catch all.... always full of clothes too.... and at this current time it's harder all the rooms are up stairs and I'm very pregnant I need stop at the 5 stair and catch my breath, this baby is killing my lung space.
    Great vedio like always.

    The brain dump would be helpful for me. I try to hard to do everything everyday and it's hard even harder at 26 weeks pregnant.. I do one the night before but I tend to not actually get it put my brain.
    This really is a good vedio, thank you for the wisdom you seem like a very kind and beautiful person.

    Girl, this was so super helpful and encouraging to me! I was excited because there’s several of those things that I am already doing and it was helpful to know that you consider that something that helps your day be better! But there’s also some improvements that I can make so I appreciate this video! Two things that I want to add…having a clean kitchen makes me feel like a huge weight is lifted! Also, putting on a pair of earrings, even if I have a T-shirt and jeans on, makes me feel more put together. :-) God bless you!

    Ohhh the natural light into the house is so needed for me..I liken it to opening your heart and letting Jesus fill you each day!! Growing up my mom could not stand to have the blinds open. We would get in trouble for having them open..I so needed it even back then.

      I love natural light Save on light bulbs too... I don't even close my curtains in most windows but if you seem how full they are withvplabts you'd understand my plants are basically the curtains.

    You’re doing a great job! You’re an inspiration to me. My children are grown and I wish I would’ve had the mindset when they were little that I do now.
    I keep my 2 grand babies through the week while their momma works and I’m trying to do things differently with them.

    New-ish to your videos and I am loving all of them! We have 3 boys as well and our oldest is 7. Here for all the encouragement you are giving, and thank you 😊
    Another habit is finding time for something I love. For me that is reading for myself and I make a small amount of time to do that a priority 💕

    A non negotiable during the school week getting up early and read God's Word and have coffee and out of pj's getting dressed unless I am not feeling well or a relaxing day I also love to list and Brain dump I also try to read a little each day
