hazardous propulsion stocks are way up. easily one of the coolest/best titan exotics i've used in d2 so far, and it looks badass alongside almost any armor
I'm almost positive they nerfed the interactions with rocket sidearms and overture's missile volley, I tested them last week and nothing got buffed by the chest exotic
I rewatched this video and it definitely still works for Grand Overture Volley and rocket sidearms. You can see that the grand overture missile hits the champion for 13806 at 4:30 with X3 buff (24% extra damage) and it hits the champion for 14461 at 10:05 with X4 buff (30% extra damage). I also had a solo GM run with Hazardous Propulsion just yesterday, and the buff applied both for Indebted Kindness and all instances of damage of Dragons Breath including ignitions.
I wanna do this with steonghold and twin swords, ill omen with cold steel and relentless, and ergo sum with either wave frame arc conductor or caster wolfpack.
