It drops from minibosses. My recommendation is go do Altars of Sorrow and just kill the nightmares a bunch and you'll eventually get it. It's how I got it.

I think everything in Destiny is losing novelty. When we were getting first exotic missions and dungeons it was all new, fun and cool. Now we have around 10 dungeons and around 10 exotic missions, so even though that is all new, it is still same old concept.

I just double checked the link and everything is correct, so I am not sure what is the problem. But all in all, Gambler's Dodge refreshes your melee when you dodge close to targets, combination blow refreshes your dodge when you kill targets with melee, winter's shroud aspect slows targets around you when you dodge. You dodge twice near something and targets get frozen. All that results in infinite loop of dodging and punching.

good mission overal. but honestly the structure of exotic mission weapons are kinda losing fun for me tbh.
they are not really re-playable once you get everything out of them there is no reason to go back in unless your helping someone else
