.NET Maui is good, but has some errors. Good news they are working and updating actively. Tho, its still not mature as flutter,but in my own opinion, maui has the greatest potential in the future.

It is not production ready. Memory consumption not acceptable. Build times too long. We switched to React Native. Made a loss on the project. We are a .NET shop.

So Maui does not have AOT? This is bad then cause app startup will be slow. I thought it had it as Xamarin had AOT

flutter Good?I I have used it before, and its page layout is quite cumbersome.
I have tried both frameworks. Flutter is more compatible and convenient in cloud services integration. MAUI works seamlessly if your entire tech stack lives in dot net ecosystem.
This video is biased. The name of the channel and knowledge of the TH-camr says it all.
It's like asking someone who wash dishes for a living to compare machine learning algorithm. It would be impossible as their exoskeleton in the field is approaching zero.

Currently implemented 3 applications with .NET MAUI, in house warehouse apps for client, major US food manufacturer and it's fucking great. Takes more effort and you dig a little deeper but you learn something niche that will have support for years to come

Actually, with .net maui you learn more, need more effort, but has great potential in the future.
Don't blame the framework if you were amateur.
