Tuath Cost rental - Claí Mór, Galway

We're delighted to share some of these beautiful scenes over Galway City and showcase the fantastic progress being made on the Claí Mór development. From the sod-turning ceremony in February with Minister for Housing Darragh O'Brien TD and the Mayor of the City of Galway, Cllr. Eddie Hoare, to the recent installation of the prefabricated steel modular systems in May, the project is truly taking shape.
Claí Mór will consist of 102 homes on completion, including 28 of Galway's first ever cost rental homes. Tuath is delighted to be working in partnership with Galway City Council, the Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage, the Housing Finance Agency and The Housing Agency on this truly innovative, mix-tenure development, that is being constructed using modern methods of construction.
