I really like the white scars, they feel much less "sterile" than the other marine chapters. They sound like they'd be actually funny to talk to and be capable of partying without freaking out and butchering everyone for heresy.
Another cool aspect I think is that while they're not sterile they're very stable. They've always been reliable allies, and since the heresy have never had any great schisms or conflicts with other Imperials.

Honestly this is one of the best 40k audio drama's I've ever heard and it wasn't even an official Black Library product. Listened to it while driving and it had me actually cheering in my car. Just Amazing.

It seems GW/BL IP continuously flaunt the 'skin of their teeth' narrative for the Imperium's existence or confrontations. It's really getting old and honestly is quite shallow. I feel that the Alpha Legion share much in off the battlefield philosophy even if their battlefield tactics are highly opposed save for The Harrowing tactic they use. So truth be told I find the white scares to be terribly boring. I of course want to learn more of them but I have always hated they are “ mysterious” but are really just under developed and that is supposed to be a character trait. I want stories of how they think of other chapters who are not Raven Guard or how they wage war with chapters who are similar to them.
Ahhh, my most beloved Chapter. My own Storm Furies are a White Scars successor chapter with a love of landspeeders and converted warcars (paint: cherry red and chrome. Icons: flaming wheels and thunderbirds).
What an epic tale! Best telling of the story of the White Scars I've seen yet. The conclusion of the dual was amazing. Two great warriors driving one another to become the best.
This is so incredible. The absolute, almost, tenderness of your voice fits the near serene nature of the V. People always say the White Scars are just space Mongols and in a lot of ways they are but... do any of them understand what that means?? The Mongols created earths largest empire almost by accident! They really did just want to go fast so badly they ran to the ends of the earth, as well as wanting a good fight and finally, truly linking East and West, North and South...

This is without question the best lore video ever. I knew a little about the white scars but this made me buy an army. Screw Girlyman I'm waiting on the return of Jaghatai. The Khan is pleased.

On top of the other awesome things about this channel that everyone already mentioned, there’s a noticeable absence of distracting mid-roll ads. I used to listen to a bunch of ASOIAF lore videos, but that fandom is much more profit driven and it’s almost impossible to listen while driving or working with tools now because a five-minute Kitchenware add could come on at any moment. Apparently TH-cam just kind of randomly sprinkles the ad breaks in and the creator needs to take extra steps to either remove them or put them at natural breaks in the video and loses revenue if they take out the mid-roll ads. The fact that he’s willing to take a financial hit to make his videos a more pleasurable viewing/listening experience speaks volumes about his character and love of the setting.
Steven Gregor it’s horrific. :(. I despise mid video ads. I used to listen to people in the bath to relax. Now I have to get up from my tub to hit ‘fast forward’ past then. It’s soooooo annoying. But it does mean I make very little. :(. I don’t know the answer but to beg for more patrons. Because this takes a looong time to do and at the present it’s simply not financially viable in the long term. :(. Any solutions you can think of? I do need greater revenue but despise ads. Catch 22. :(.

God, that was amazing. The narrative you spun was a worthy tale of rivalry, and final litany of titles and roles they eventually undertake tells its own story, especially with the implication that each time they changed roles, they still crossed paths and blades. The White Scars a cool idea that sadly has less material than other Chapters. I do like that they are one of the Chapters described as having hobbies and interests outside their duties, such as poetry and painting. They might be savage hunters, but they also have class and character as they do the Emperor's Work.

My favourite Space Marine legion, done great justice. Thank you buddy. An hour exploring them and Chogoris, the White Scars are one of the most under-represented Space Marine factions in all of 40k, despite being so instrumental in the Horus Heresy and continuing to be a notable presence in the Imperium. You've done the Khan proud.
Brother! Amazing. Super impressed. Loved the story mixed into the history. My sole criticism would be some more delineation between character internal monologue. It took me a few seconds to realize what was going on. Loved it, just took a sec.
That ending was magnificient!!! Suggestion, I've never seen a video on the psuedo marines. Folks like Luthor, Erebus, and KP who were already full grown humans by the time of the great crusade Not even sure if enough lore is out there to even make a video.
I've always seen the White Scars as the loyalist equivalent of the Night Lords. Kinda like how the Imperial Fists are the loyalist equivalent of the Iron Warriors.

I've never heard anyone say "End Quote" with such animosity. These lore videos are an absolute gem. Mixing info and theatrics in a way that genuinely sells the overall tone of the 40k universe. I think it’s that their continued contact with their native culture on Chogoris keeps them more grounded than other Astrates

One of the best concerts to ever grace the galaxy!! Saw them live once and they were amazing, made me think of the White scars homies immediately

I was curious how youd do the white scars. I assumed it would of been from an imperial scribe PoV but I'm pleased you made the attempt to do it from the scars PoV themselves and tried the accent BL has given them.

People always say the White Scars are just space Mongols and in a lot of ways they are but... do any of them understand what that means?? The Mongols created earths largest empire almost by accident! They really did just want to go fast so badly they ran to the ends of the earth, as well as wanting a good fight and finally, truly linking East and West, North and South...

On top of the other awesome things about this channel that everyone already mentioned, there’s a noticeable absence of distracting mid-roll ads. I used to listen to a bunch of ASOIAF lore videos, but that fandom is much more profit driven and it’s almost impossible to listen while driving or working with tools now because a five-minute Kitchenware add could come on at any moment. Apparently TH-cam just kind of randomly sprinkles the ad breaks in and the creator needs to take extra steps to either remove them or put them at natural breaks in the video and loses revenue if they take out the mid-roll ads. The fact that he’s willing to take a financial hit to make his videos a more pleasurable viewing/listening experience speaks volumes about his character and love of the setting.
Steven Gregor it’s horrific. :(. I despise mid video ads. I used to listen to people in the bath to relax. Now I have to get up from my tub to hit ‘fast forward’ past then. It’s soooooo annoying.
But it does mean I make very little. :(.
I don’t know the answer but to beg for more patrons. Because this takes a looong time to do and at the present it’s simply not financially viable in the long term. :(.
Any solutions you can think of? I do need greater revenue but despise ads. Catch 22. :(.

God, that was amazing. The narrative you spun was a worthy tale of rivalry, and final litany of titles and roles they eventually undertake tells its own story, especially with the implication that each time they changed roles, they still crossed paths and blades.
The White Scars a cool idea that sadly has less material than other Chapters. I do like that they are one of the Chapters described as having hobbies and interests outside their duties, such as poetry and painting. They might be savage hunters, but they also have class and character as they do the Emperor's Work.
Aye, tis true. But if we keep showing interest, keeping bashing thje gong for the sons of the khan - they may well take notice at GW and get more information about the scars to us. We can but try :)

My favourite Space Marine legion, done great justice. Thank you buddy. An hour exploring them and Chogoris, the White Scars are one of the most under-represented Space Marine factions in all of 40k, despite being so instrumental in the Horus Heresy and continuing to be a notable presence in the Imperium. You've done the Khan proud.

Brother! Amazing. Super impressed. Loved the story mixed into the history. My sole criticism would be some more delineation between character internal monologue. It took me a few seconds to realize what was going on. Loved it, just took a sec.

Suggestion, I've never seen a video on the psuedo marines. Folks like Luthor, Erebus, and KP who were already full grown humans by the time of the great crusade

I've always seen the White Scars as the loyalist equivalent of the Night Lords. Kinda like how the Imperial Fists are the loyalist equivalent of the Iron Warriors.
I've always pictured The Space Wolves as their equivalent.

I've never heard anyone say "End Quote" with such animosity. These lore videos are an absolute gem. Mixing info and theatrics in a way that genuinely sells the overall tone of the 40k universe.
