Today's topic is talking about mentorship, staying the course, mentorship in research. I went to college at Southern University in Baton Rouge, Louisiana after finishing high school in Virginia. I did an MD PHD program at Harvard. That program, to pursue my specialty training in physical medicine rehab in San Antonio, Texas, sub-specialty training in Chicago. Currently I'm attending physician and administrator and I practice medicine and oversee medical research. The objectives are: 1) talk to the structure of a mentor/mentee relationship 2) look at strategies to identify a mentee or mentor 3) incorporate a mentor into your development process.
