@@mrz80 Can hear Scots folk in bluegrass, trouble is Scots folk was fighting/marching music and tends to be finished quickly so the fighting could start, Bluegrass, they had to stretch the songs out for the massive trials they had to make over there, I mean the furthest place away from me in the centre of Scotland is about 2 hours by car, 2 and a half hours by car and it's another country, over there 2 and a half hours you're still in the same area code! hehe
The English would've restricted the playing of the pipes,,, not the Brits... Many Lowlander and Midlander Scots were, and are, Brits... Lindsey Stirling is from a very famous Lowlander British Scottish family...

I heard the Gael Being Played. Saw some pipes being carried. Ive played the pips a long time and Ive never seen a need to have a MP3 player attached to them, and never seen a set that could be played with the bag not inflated or the arm used to push air through the drones. Definitely "original".
