Our rooms have so much mould and we are finding it hard to be content but if I had to choose while being grateful to God for just giving me a roof over my head. It would be my children's room because whenever I clean it nice and put their favourite toys out it makes them so happy and thar small space looks so cool. It smells fresh and beds are made. They all love their teddy bears. We have a bed each for them as we got them cheap and a little toy box with lots of teddy's on there beds. That's all we can fit in there room! ❤
Thank you so much for sharing this. We lived with my in laws for a time and I find myself relating a lot. I’m grateful for the space they gave us then and while it’s nice to have a space to ourselves again, your video reminded me of this truth.. In being so eager to have a home already and to be able to start a family, I’ve neglected that even though we don’t have that yet, where we are right now is not only the Lord’s will, but it is good! My favorite spot is by the patio door - I kind of like the sound of cars driving by, the sound of construction (headphones help when I don’t).. I thank the Lord for His good will.. always working for our good and His glory.. it makes the wait exciting and easier to enjoy it here in the present.. things will change, they always do, right? Thank you for this encouragement. We can all get tired in the waiting, but the community you’re building here is a beautiful thing that will help others in their waiting. May God bless you and your husband!
This is such a timely encouragement for me! You don’t know how many times I’ve looked for “realistic home tours” and so so few came up. This emergence of authenticity- especially from the Christian media- is so needed! Thank you Susan, this is a great one! 🎉
Been there before. I’ve had to live with my in laws in the past. Thanks for being real. I do have my own house now and it isn’t one of the types you see on instagram or TH-cam. Just a ranch style house and I am still grateful for it. Please continue to make more videos. Thank you ❤
you have no idea how much I needed this! I’m getting married next year and my husband and I will live with my parents for the first years because we don’t have the money yet to have our own home. I felt really discouraged because everyone keeps on asking me where we will live and still living with the parents when you’re married can be frustrating when everybody moved out as soon as they went to uni. 😅
I enjoyed this video. Your home is very cozy and nice. Thank you for sharing your private space with us. The favorite part of my apartment is my living room followed by my bedroom. 💕💕
It’s a beautiful house, you guys are so genuine and real. The Lord Jesus Christ is going to bless you guys really soon! Blessings to you all in the Lords name Jesus Christ!!! I love your dog!!! ✝️❤️🙏🏻❤️✝️
You're very blessed! My husband and I live in a 2nd floor apartment at my mom's (pretty common here in Costa Rica) and we have learned to be greatful and praise the Lord for His blessings.
Thank you for sharing for some it can be terrifying to share realistically how they are living but you are very brave. Keep up the great work you have really cool in laws, lots of space compared how others live with their in laws ( myself speaking) thank you for sharing and most importantly being real❤
That is going to be the norm from now on. Multi generation homes. Couples will watch their grandkids grown and the younger will take care of the elderly. We will depend on each other. My mom is moving from California to live with me overseas. She is 72. No way she can still afford rent in the Bay Area.
Mrs. Friesen believe me the life you have is better than at least half population of the world; e.g. Haiti, Afghanistan, Gaza Strip, Ukraine, Yemen, Syria, Sudan, Iran and etc.
True: but not only in comparison with war affected places and countries but in comparison to the total population in general too Her living situation is significantly better than that of the majority of people in countries like India, Africa, Nepal, Congo and Sri Lanka etc
Hi, from the the UK. Your living very privileged compared to us. I'm a Christian too. This is my temporary home and in heaven with jesus will be my true home. Jesus helps me and my family everyday. We only have 1 two seat sofa the size of a matchstick. We fit our clothes airer, a little ottoman to keep our children's play things in, fold up table and bookcase in living room. We can't fit anything else in that space and there is 6 people at our house!!! Our kitchen has 8 small units. I have to squeeze all my kitchen chemicals into one. All our doors have fallen off 😅 There is tiny room near living room and my son and his girlfriend stay in, which has our freezer in. It can only fit his single bed and a set of chest of drawers. The life you lead seems so comfortable and I pray to the Lord Jesus to be content but its hard. Seeing videos online with perfect houses makes me miserable. I love your content as you talk about our Lord Jesus. ❤
I’m so sorry! It’s hard to see how others live, especially in other countries like the UK, I am very blessed, and it’s good to have these reminders when social media pushes a different agenda on us. My husband and I actually wanted to move to the UK, particularly Scotland or England. But now that you say that, it makes me realize that things aren’t better just because you pick up and move somewhere else. Praying for you!
@susannahfriesenofficial Thankyou for your prayers. Yes it is no better. There is not many jobs out here. My husband can only find part time work. I'm trying to find a job to fit around the children! You are doing so well and making good use of your space.
What’s your favourite area of your home?🏡💭👇🏻
Your guys private living room really nice area ! 😎

So refreshing and real absolutely love it. Instead of a curated celebrity homes with lots of money stylist cleaner organisers. A real home
i use vegetable or fruit packaging/boxes as organizers for my pens and stuff
Thank you for staying so humble in your walk of life and faith.❤
I definitely try!
Thanks for keeping it real! God bless you!
This is refreshing and realistic of many living after the pandemic. ❤❤❤❤
I enjoyed this video. Your home is very cozy and nice. Thank you for sharing your private space with us. The favorite part of my apartment is my living room followed by my bedroom. 💕💕
Thank you!! Two of the most coziest spaces of any home, love it!

I like your dog’s name 😁 Thanks for making this video! Getting started as a young couple in this economy is hard! God bless! 💜
hahah thank you Arwen! You're so welcome & right! It is so hard.
You're very blessed!

That's amazing!
I am very blessed, social media just tends to try and convince me that I'm not ;)
I love it so much it reminds me with our cozy realistic homes
É tutto cosí umile ed é meraviglioso 🥰 la cosa più importante é avere un piatto a tavola da mangiare e la salute 💕
Sì, d’accordo! Grazie mille!

Simple and organized. I can use this video as a guide to tidy up my home!
aw yay! I didn't find it organized but i'm glad you do!
@@susannahfriesenofficial Well, given the amount of stuff you've in the house, the organization is optimized to say the least.
your house is cozy and nice 🥰
thank you!!
Never feel bad about living with people. There's nothing to be ashamed of.

I’m not denying that at all. I am very blessed :)
