Nice looking chassis. I use the tools that have a graduated trigger. Slower in and out of plastic but faster through aluminum. I haven't stripped through tightening but actually loosening a screw from a plastic bulk head. The screw, I suppose was turning so fast that it melted the threads on the plastic 😅. Lesson learned

Ah, okay, that's good to know. To be fair, we changed the shock fluid and it handled well. This was it's first ever run.

It's a shame but its lack of power on it requires a Taylor 35cc or 40GT to take full advantage of this Rovan💯💯💯💯💯

who wants to buy china direct sloppy built faulty new RC vehicles that need attention, that also a lot of them have rusty metal components and loose components . No thank you very much , not I . Plenty of buy china direct large RC cars are not worth the bother of wasting ones money and time on period. I want top quality RC's built with no issues built with top quality components, and only from reputable manufacturers from your local reputable model shop.

We have many RC's and in the 1/5th scale range these are no different in terms of build quality to say our Primal Raminator. All large scale RC's require attention and regular maintenance its part of the hobby!
None of ours Rovan's have rusty components? If you experience this from new id call your supplier.
Loose bolts due to vibration yes and that's a bit of a pain that they don't come all ready with thread lock.
Value for money between this and a MCD? yes MCD is a better car hands down but value for money ??
Everyone has a different budget and its only fair for us to explore all the ranges.
Thank you once again for your input! 🙂
