This is great because of the amount of Zinc. Just make sure you do a disclaimer as well, this will not work for everbody, it may cause more breakouts and irritate the skin.
For everyone asking: nizoral and head and shoulders contain DIFFERENT ACTIVE INGREDIENTS. Head and shoulders has pyrithione zinc and nizoral is Ketoconazole. You can build up a resistance to Ketoconazole, so you need to be more cautious about frequency of use than the zinc.
Guys use nizoral shampoo not this

Try Dr. Eddie’s Happy Cappy antidandruff shampoo. Same active ingredient, no fragrance, much less irritating formula. Gentle enough for daily use imo. The head and shoulders stings my eyes. I use it on my body though. Ketoconazole is the most heavily recommended anti fungal I’ve found, but you can build up a resistance. I alternate between the zinc shampoo and nizoral every 2 days
Would this be suitable for sensitive skin?
I think so my skin can be quite sensitive and ive done this method for years over my entire body

can I use it on eczema? I also active acne and my skin is always itchy. The eczema goes away when I'm on medication but it’s been years and I'm tired of medications and constant breakouts.

This shampoo is good for hair but horrible for the eyeballs. Everytime it gets in my eye, I feel the sting.

Pimples on the chin and neck tend to indicate a hormonal balance. Speak with your doctor to decide the best course of treatment.

Thisss is my biggest problem, whenever I get pimples it’s always on my chin, rather than on my cheeks. I’ve been struggling with this since agess and it’s sometimes it gets painful.

Does Nizoral work for this? I already have it and do wash my face with it cuz I have seborrheic dermatitis around my nose, ears and brows 😭🙃 but the tiny bumps and itchiness on my forehead are still there
I'm just gonna say, every pharmacist that I ever talked to said don't use head&shoulders. First time I was told not to use it, it actually changed my life. Nizoral wont help with bumps, and h&s also wont help with the bumps. It's not a miracle shampoo. I work in a healthcare/beauty store and whenever a customer has a problem with a scalp we ask if they us H&S, and if they do we tell them to stop.

hi! so i have these tiny like red bumps all over my cheeks, when i went to the dermatologist they said it was kp(keratosis pilaris) Is there any possible way to clear it up??
You should ask your derm for the solution
I have that and i use this method of 'treatment', also soaking in the bath and skin scraping with my nails over the bad areas

@@skylarmayerssssss its not that bad if you've been soaking. I don't think id ever give up sugar and gluten tho to make it better, i can ignore my skin but I can't ignore my cravings haha 😂
