Until now struggle pa rin sa finnish language.. but need tlaga mag invest sa utak ng finnish language. Yesss.
Good luck pa rin!😊
IT'S SO HARD FOR PEOPLE WHO ARE ELDERLY TO LIVE THERE SINCE IT IS SO COLD...SCANDINAVIAN COUNTRY IS NOT THE HAPPIEST BUT CONTENT..THE MEDIA GOT IT WRONG...THEY USE SEMI SOCIALISM WITH HIGH TAXES. I LIVED IN NEW YORK FOR ONE YEAR AND IT WAS SO COLD.......THAT'S WHY SAN DIEGO IS A GREAT CITY TO LIVE AND ONE OF THE BEST WEATHER IN THE USA.
Well, if it really would be hard to live as a elderly person in Scandinavian or more relevantly in Nordic countries, then it would show in life expectancy statistics. But statistics show that San Diego has slightly lower life expectancy than Finland or Nordic countries in general. So your assumption about hardness is not well founded by statistics. In Nordic countries houses always have heating so cold isn't a health issue indoors. And outdoors, people know how to dress for the weather. Hot climates are more murderous since it's more difficult to protect from heat than cold while staying outdoors.
In the USA the tax comes in the form of need for expensive health insurance because insurance and medical companies are free to exploit people for profit. Education is a big investment for ordinary people in the USA. They have to save money to put their kids to college. Healthcare and education are human rights in Nordic countries. They pay taxes , but they get better value by doing that compared to people in the USA since they don't have to pay the big profits of big companies. Americans in general have a poor understanding of economics and believe in political nonsense. Just like you, they don't know facts.

Cold is way easier than hot and humid.
F. isn't Scandinavian country btw, but Nordic.
