This is what I like about Puddin. He shows us his "screw up's" that we all make. There are some you tubers who would just edit them out and they know who they are.
Same, I started watching because I have a Chevy LUV project I was afraid to work on, worried I might screw it up. I found his LUV Tap videos and became a fan. It's really nice to see it in action. "what happens if I screw it up?" Well, you unscrew it and keep on improving.
@@JimsIfitaintbrokefixit those and the old US slots mags are my favs of the era. other than some good oem wheels like the gt wheels from Ford or the GM Corvette or Pontiac rally wheels.
When I was a machinist in the Air Force, I saw a girl in the sheet metal shop get severely injured from wearing gloves while using a disc sander. She didn't want her nail polish to get messed up, so instead, her nails and the skin on her knuckles got ground to the bone! This was right after I reminded her that using gloves with machinery was not allowed anywhere in the fabrication branch
Yes where I work everyone says not to wear gloves when using grinders, etc. I am a hard head and I still wear very thin gloves to keep my hands clean but the prevailing wisdom is not to wear any gloves because they can get caught and pull your hands into the power tool. Also would be good to teach others and help keep them safe. Love your videos.
I second this, and hoodie draw strings are something many don't think of but I had a grinder grab ahold of one, luckily it just pulled it through because the knot was undone
When I was an apprentice an old Frenchman was trying to instruct me on how to use a bench grinder safely, I did the opposite because he was missing a few digits on his one hand… lol

When there’s so much negativity at every turn seemingly, Puddin’s Fab Shop is a joy to watch. Thanks for the knowledge, the transparency, and the laughs.
The only TH-cam channel where I genuinely get excited to come back to every week. No matter what the content is. I’ll be here laughing, crying, dialed in, and confused right with Puddin. Such a whole hearted person and it really shows. Mad respect to him and all his fans.
Man, I love this S10 so much. I've watched this video about 10 times already. Keep up the work and it was nice to see hot rod once again. Haven't seen her in a while she's getting big throwing up fast. I know because I got 2 kids and they're 26 and 24 years old. Time flies when you're having fun. My friendthanks for putting out all these amazing videos. And I'm so glad to be a part of having your dreams. Come true with your house and your dream garage. Love looking forward to Mondays and Thursdays for your videosthanks again, my friend. And that's always you make sure you have yourself a wonderful day-to-day and everyday.
I think the driveshaft will be fine, 1/2" to 3/4" is good. Most drive shaft shops will tell you 3/4". That ol Eagle Eye alignment comin in clutch! Looks amazing 👍👍👍👍
I'm glad somebody clued you in on the possibility of a bad vacuum shift modulator on the transmission being a possible cause of excessive exhaust smoke... I've had it happen to me a couple times. Clunky shifts are a symptom, as well. The smoke from burning transmission fluid has a different smell than from oil burning, and a different color, too... more light grey than typical oil-burn blue. The dead giveaway is when the tranny fluid level starts dropping with no visible leaks. The good thing is, it's about as easy a fix as one can get.
This has absolutely without a doubt my favorite channel. See cool stuff, learn a little, have a good laugh. I’ve not seen one boring video. Loved every one of them!
Puddin has a well deserved, awesome place to make contact and raise his family.... that's less expensive to operate than the OG shop... WINNING. Or... in Puddin's own famous words "I ain't mad at it" LOL Happy for you brother.
Puddin, you did an excellent job centering the rear Axle and the shaft looks like it'll clear when loaded down, just fine. I'd rather watch you over anything they have on television! Keep up the good work !
Sometimes the little piddly stuff that a project needs add up to a major difference for sure! Great video. Thanks as always for the awesome content and inspiration 🤘🤘🤘
A big thank you to Puddin' and his family. I recently ordered 4 shirt for my son and I and the shipment was one shirt shy of a full load. Puddin and his family responded to my email and sent out the missing shirt very promptly! This is a good man surrounded by good people!!!
The reason you were able to "bluetooth" is because the welders ground clamp is connected to the ground pin on the AC plug {for safety}. That ground goes to everything in your shop including the lift. Since you didn't have rubber pads on the lift points, the truck frame is grounded also. "Bluetooth" welding! Lookin' good!
Honesty this man shows when working on something and mistakes he makes is Priceless,He could work on a my stuff anytime................................................Fort Worth,Tx

Not a fan of the patina normally, but I gotta say the more I see that GMC the more I like it, there’s something about that colour scheme and the buffed paint, that thing’s gonna look sweet once the interior is done
Welder gets a slight ground through your electrical box. And maybe subtract 3/8 from what you cut off the front to close the gap. Great video sir. Appreciate the entertainment.
