A quick look at the Buffet Breakfast at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Sydney.
Hyatt Regency is a 5 star hotel in the Sydney CBD right next to Darling Harbour.
they offer an excellent buffet breakfast with 5 different food stations with loads of great breakfast foods like hot meals of bacon, sausages, eggs, grilled tomato, pancakes. Fresh fruit, cereals, pastries, salad and fresh squeeze fruit juices, tea and coffee.

It’s the same items as it was once a four points by Sheraton Hotel. Just the containers have changed. Unfortunately this kitchen didn’t have bakery/pastry kitchen back in 2011. And it was bought from an outside corporate catering bakery/ pastry kitchen.
