The exported sent refuse that did not meet the agreement, and there were no preparations put into place when the items were shipped to take the material back in the event of it being rejected.
What baffles me the most is that the cost of shipping this material is three times more than the actual processing cost, It's almost as though this deal was made intentionally to waste phenomenal amounts of money, perhaps even large enough to bury malicious spending practices...
The RCMP should investigate this, they will not though because they work for Trudeau, not the Canadian taxpayer.
