Hello, If it's okay, could you show me how to do applique? I recently bought a single-head machine and I and it's quite difficult.

I don't do applique, but I do sew patches onto garments sometimes which is a similar process. What you need to do is add just a running stitch outline of where you will place your fabric (or patch) and then a stop. Lay your fabric over that outline and sew it down. There are videos on it from other embroiderers.

What to do if our double head isn't setting the laser correctly .... like when I'm tracing its not falling in the same position as the first head

Your laser might need to be realigned. All heads should sew in the same place within your hoop. Instead of relying on a laser that might be misaligned you might try "needle down" and watch each needle trace instead. For needle down: push the "manual" button, then find the symbol for needle down. You can choose different heights 1 - 5 with 1 being highest and 5 being lowest. If you are going to trace with needle down don't put the needle too low; you don't want it to touch the fabric. Once the needle is down use the trace feature. I will see if we have a video showing these steps and provide a link. If I can't find one I will shoot a new one. Also, when a head is turned on you can always manually pull down the needles. The last needle that was used will stay about half way down, the others will go back up as soon as you let go. To release the one that stayed down back to it's normal position - quickly switch the blue toggle on/off switch [on that head] down then up.
