Setting needles for maintenance (Barudan)

Hello from Halo! Sam speaking. Here is part 3 of our Embroidery series of videos outlining the basic operations on the Barudan 6 head machine.
In this video, we go over changing the needle setting on the machine heads. This is useful as it changes the physical position of the head, which allows us space to see certain parts of the machine that may need maintenance.

can you do a video on caps? we just got one of these in and the caps create gaps on the hoops causing the needles to break, regardless of the hat

When sewing caps I use titanium needles and slow the machine down to about 550spm. Needles still break sometimes but these things help. If you are doing puff embroidery on the caps you need an even larger needle (80/12).

Ok we figured it out, it means to press the start button, which makes no sense

I know... there are several "error" codes that just mean Push Start. Kind of silly.
