I mean, the stuff that people come up with in relation to a game, whether that be rumors or cool fanmade stuff like this video, are just as important to the history of a game as the game itself. It's these sorts of things that really give people a stronger connection to the games they play. I figure Sans as a Normal pokemon trainer. His team could be: Rattata with focus band (a troll pokemon to start, just a classic in early competitive and it's a very Sans' style choice to me) Slowking (obvious choice. Truant, but when it hits it does a hell of hard) Dundunsparce (because its pre-evolved form it's considered a waste of time, but deep inside encloses a great power) Blissey (a damage sponge you can't kill, kind of replicating the fact you can't kill Sans at first). Smeargle (due it's known with him you can break the game giving him an insane moveset despite his dumb stats, just like Sans himself) Snorlax (with a moveset that features rest and sleep talk, just to spam attacks over and over again). I'm not going to put movesets, because I wanna let you to imagine one in the replies, hehe… Possible alternatives, plus ignoring him as a Normal trainer: Slowbro (nifty, smart but still dumb and clumsy) Bidoof instead of Rattata, just for the memes. Gyarados (due starts as a weakling fish that can't do nothing just to glow up into a freaking beast) Volcarona (because it takes a heck long to evolve, kind of replicating the hours and hours you have to grind to get into the Sans' battle) Wobbuffet (another game breaking Pokemon, just to troll) And Regigigas (not sure about this one, but slow start it's something that makes this Pokemon to feel lazy. It's kind of picky, but if we have a Regigigas that ignores the Slow Start hability, because Sans breaks the game to have a chance to win, it could work instead of one of the team I made since it's a normal Pokemon).
