請教片主, 是否成為UK Tax resident後(同時不再是HK Tax resident, 但還持有香港住宅地址證明), 必須自己主動申請由IBHK transfer to IBUK? 是否不能繼續使用IBHK, 一定只可以使用IBUK?
Hi Simon。係咪一定要轉我唔清楚。但係如果你 tax resident狀況有變，係有責任主動 update IB 同銀行。就算你唔主動通知佢，IB每年都會要求你重新確認一次。
你可以打電話去香港support 問下。我之前問過喺可以transfer Ibhk to ibuk. 但程序複雜而且麻煩。幸好我沒有stocks. 所以取消戶口就算。到達後先會再開ibuk. 咁就簡單啲。
