These types of talks with friends are literally my idea of heaven on earth. You two are so lucky to have each other. I wish had more friendships like this! And Chynna, I struggle with suicidal ideation often, and I have sometimes gotten through by tuning in to cal preach. You feel like a friend who is just a click away when I need it. I look forward to Chynna’s videos too! I think most of us wish we had more friends, we can all feel lonely at times. But we can be there for each other here, and continue to reach out to others, whether a grocery store clerk, or coffee barista. Just a small conversation can ease our feelings of isolation. Yes, Chynna. You were correct that Biblically He alone is our salvation. Baptism isn’t what saves. Those who are in Christ and haven’t been baptized still are sealed in His Book of Life for all eternity. The best Biblical example I can think of is the thief dying on the cross next to Jesus was told he would be seen in Paradise. Jesus didn’t say he needed to get down and get baptized first. Salvation is not by baptism. Baptism is an act of obedience & is a gift to get to participate in when it is possible. Praise His Name!!
The reason the thief didn't need to be baptized is because Jesus hadn't died yet. We are baptized into His death. Baptism is a picture of what Jesus did for us. He died, was buried and rose again. Mark 16:15-16; Acts 2:38-41, 22:16; 1 Peter 3:21
@@wendyhill3596 your message is conflicting. “Need to be baptized”:.. Are you saying salvation is by baptism added to it? Or just that the command to be baptized wasn’t yet given (I can see your point on that part, thank you). But yet whether baptism commanded before or after the cross doesn’t change that salvation is by grace alone and through Christ.
I still suffer abandonment issues. My dear dad took his life when I was 16. 40 years later I still feel it deeply. Bless him; he was an Ace fighter pilot in Ww2 and couldn't live with his actions as a bomber etc. He loved me just as your dad loved you Chynna.
So sorry about your dad. They were so young, and did what they had to do. My dad was in WW II and had terrible nightmares. He was not a bomber, and I cannot imagine what your dad had to go through in the aftermath.

I’ve gone through times when I would have those kinds of just random thoughts that are just out of no where. Memorizing 2 Corinthians 10:5 really helped me. Every time a thought came that was just not right, I would say, “I’m taking that thought captive to the obedience of Christ.” I think it was the enemy attacking my mind, stopped fast when I started quoting scripture! 🙌🏼🙌🏼

My nephew committed suicide at 28. No one knew how he was feeling as he didn’t talk about it but left a note saying he just couldn’t go on anymore.I know he’s in Heaven now with my brother his Dad. Life is hard but someday a beautiful afterlife is waiting.
When I find out someone has passed away. Even someone l read about on the news. I pray that the Lord will go back before the death and reach into the person’s heart to reveal his love. More then reading my Bible I simply talked to God as much as possible and there are support groups online but I have very good friends who helped me.When one takes their life they aren’t a coward as some people will say but such sad troubled souls who feel there’s no other answer. Don’t be mad at him and forgive him for the pain he’s caused your family.You’ll see him again someday 💔🙏✝️

I definitely do not believe that people who take their own life are destined for hell, but I am troubled that he outwardly denied God while on this earth😔 However I do not know what his very last words were. @@hisforever4937 I believe that Jesus knows our hearts. It is a sin to deny Jesus as the savior but we don't know the real heart of people and if there is a conflict in their bodies. Also to commit suicide something must have been really going on in his life somewhere that was causing a ton of pain . I have a husband and a son who are both looking for answers everywhere but to Jesus and I'm worried about them all the time. It breaks my heart to hear my husband talk about karma and numerology and letting people read his tarot cards. Just keep praying for his soul is what I would do. I don't know if it's true but I know catholic people pray for their dead and believe that prayers can save a person's soul after death. I'm not Catholic and I may have that wrong but I hope your nephew was somehow saved by grace

My precious Mama passed away on 1/6/21 from covid. She’s a believer so I know she’s in Heaven. I’m not trying to say her absence from this earth is any easier to bear because I am hoping to see her again one day because it is not. I miss her terribly. Every. Single. Day. I do have the peace AND the hope of Heaven, but life on this broken earth is really hard- really painful. I don’t have to tell you that.

@@MourningPages She must’ve meant very much to you. My mother has told me when her father died she felt as if her compass had been smashed. I know I will feel a great sorrow when my mother is no longer here. I have heard it said that the depth of sorrow one feels is in direct proportion to the love that you feel for that person. I’m sure there is truth to this. My sister died 21 yrs ago and the grief I felt was beyond what I felt I could bear at times. In fact today is her birthday, she would have been 68. I always remember the scripture, can’t quote exactly, but ‘precious in his eyes are the death of his saints’. And I wish I could say something to help your grief and loss, and your dangling in between heaven and earth. know I will face this same thing and will probably feel as you do. My Dad was my everything and he passed when I was 16. It was March 11th so I am thinking about my Dad too. I have always known I was blessed that he was my Dad even for such a short time. I’m so glad to know your Dad was saved before he passed. Any man that could write California Dreaming was blessed even if he didn’t know it at the time.

Passively suicidal…. Not that Paul was. But even Paul said he’d prefer to go be with Chrst. That it would be far far better. Then even as a Christian, the pain can be so bad as horrible circumstances can compound, depression rages and even as MANY Bible heroes , Elijah, Jonah, etc said, Kill me God !! Talk about taking down our pride, the thoughts that, I could NEVER feel THAT WAY lol. If we didn’t go through this terrible trying of the soul, we wouldn’t have compassion for others or understand peoples pain. Even Jesus was “ A man of sorrows and acquainted with grief “!! I love the verse that says, We do not have a high priest who is unable to empathize with our weaknesses !! I had a preacher explain to me years ago when I received Christ that baptism is not necessary to be saved, because that would be salvation by works, but that it is an outward depiction of the death, burial and resurrection of your soul and proclamation of the change in you going forward. Plus, if it was important enough for Jesus Himself to be baptized, then since he told US to as well, it would also be an act of disobedience not to. Also I would just like to say your friend Baron seems like a wonderful friend and I'm glad you were able to get away for some peaceful relaxation and spend some time in thoughtful prayerful conversation with him, and be able to go back home restored. I just got back from Cabo yesterday and it was heaven. We'd never been before but what a beautiful place God has created. The water was the most beautiful emerald green I've ever seen and I could just stare at it for hours. Blessings Chynna❤

I'm glad there was some talk about patience and waiting. I'm in a season of waiting right now as I pray for God to restore things that the enemy stole from me. The good news is that I haven't been idle. I've been learning and growing closer to the Lord in this time. I can't help but believe He's just letting me build up my strength because He's preparing me for something great.

OMG!!! I have suicidal ideation too and I didn't realize what or why I was feeling that way even though I would never do it! I have endured a traumatic childhood that is only just coming out now in my 50's as I am triggered by my oldest sons addiction and serious mental illness for the past 12 years. Very enlightening!! I think most of us don't understand that kind of despair but it does exist. My heart hurts for the people in that much agony. That is why it is so important to say a kind word and help others in need emotionally.
Chyna, I was a daddy's girl growing up, but didn't end up on the best of terms with my dad when he passed (totally my fault)! When you said, "I love you, Daddy, and I can't wait to give you a great big hug," I almost started to cry. Thank you for letting me know its OK to tell my Dad that, he hears me. I really "know" he does, but its nice to know I am not alone.
The Bible strictly prohibits us from speaking/communicating with the dead. I have to assume Chynna does not realize this. I have put a comment about it & I will pray she does know it is wrong.
Chynna wouldn’t recognize her dad. Everything she “knew” about her dad is now gone. Poof. Done. Finished. It all left when He entered the presence of Truth, THE KING OF KINGS. Her dad a whole new creation right now in this “moment” (as we know of time.). He’s pure PERFECTION. Her dad’s body has been changed, his being has been made totally new. The old him is GONNNNNNNNNNE. She’s “communicating” with something that no longer exists. Old Dad isn’t there. Jesus paid it ALL! He did it for her dad and her dad is *completely* now transformed. And the good part is by the time Chynna sees her dad, she too will be transformed. That’s why there is no “communication” with the dead. It’s impossible. The two have nothing in common. She’s here and in one way and he’s there as a 100% different being. So we spend these breaths given our lungs by God PRAISING and rejoicing and worshipping the Lord here for what He has done to get her dad to that place in ETERNITY with Jesus. It’s amazing! What a gift! Amen
And, by this, I mean all the sin... it’s gone. His slate has been wiped clean. The Blood of Jesus did away with it all. He is guiltless in Christ’s presence. That old dad is gone. He’s saved. We rejoice

Well commenting on the opening statement, that's probably the Holy Spirit telling you not to talk to your father because it's prohibited in the bible to talk to the dead. It's literally a sin.
I'm glad you addressed this. I was actually looking to see if someone else made this comment before I did. I lost my dad a year 1/2 ago. I find myself so sad sometimes and want to talk to him. What I have done is, to ask God to let my dad know I love him or miss him or am happy for his healing. I am very aware that we shouldn't talk to our loved ones who have died. I don't particularly "love" this rule, but it's God's rule and I have to abide by it. So I just ask him to help me get through the time, and drop a little word to dear dad! Thanks for your discernment and spirit with which you delivered the message!

Yes, Chynna. You were correct that Biblically He alone is our salvation. Baptism isn’t what saves. Those who are in Christ and haven’t been baptized still are sealed in His Book of Life for all eternity.
The best Biblical example I can think of is the thief dying on the cross next to Jesus was told he would be seen in Paradise. Jesus didn’t say he needed to get down and get baptized first. Salvation is not by baptism. Baptism is an act of obedience & is a gift to get to participate in when it is possible. Praise His Name!!

The reason the thief didn't need to be baptized is because Jesus hadn't died yet. We are baptized into His death. Baptism is a picture of what Jesus did for us. He died, was buried and rose again. Mark 16:15-16; Acts 2:38-41, 22:16; 1 Peter 3:21

Or just that the command to be baptized wasn’t yet given (I can see your point on that part, thank you). But yet whether baptism commanded before or after the cross doesn’t change that salvation is by grace alone and through Christ.
I still suffer abandonment issues. My dear dad took his life when I was 16. 40 years later I still feel it deeply. Bless him; he was an Ace fighter pilot in Ww2 and couldn't live with his actions as a bomber etc. He loved me just as your dad loved you Chynna.
So sorry about your dad. They were so young, and did what they had to do. My dad was in WW II and had terrible nightmares. He was not a bomber, and I cannot imagine what your dad had to go through in the aftermath.

I’ve gone through times when I would have those kinds of just random thoughts that are just out of no where. Memorizing 2 Corinthians 10:5 really helped me. Every time a thought came that was just not right, I would say, “I’m taking that thought captive to the obedience of Christ.” I think it was the enemy attacking my mind, stopped fast when I started quoting scripture! 🙌🏼🙌🏼

My nephew committed suicide at 28. No one knew how he was feeling as he didn’t talk about it but left a note saying he just couldn’t go on anymore.I know he’s in Heaven now with my brother his Dad. Life is hard but someday a beautiful afterlife is waiting.
When I find out someone has passed away. Even someone l read about on the news. I pray that the Lord will go back before the death and reach into the person’s heart to reveal his love. Also to commit suicide something must have been really going on in his life somewhere that was causing a ton of pain .
I have a husband and a son who are both looking for answers everywhere but to Jesus and I'm worried about them all the time. It breaks my heart to hear my husband talk about karma and numerology and letting people read his tarot cards.
Just keep praying for his soul is what I would do. I don't know if it's true but I know catholic people pray for their dead and believe that prayers can save a person's soul after death. I'm not Catholic and I may have that wrong but I hope your nephew was somehow saved by grace

My precious Mama passed away on 1/6/21 from covid. She’s a believer so I know she’s in Heaven. I’m not trying to say her absence from this earth is any easier to bear because I am hoping to see her again one day because it is not. I miss her terribly.

I do have the peace AND the hope of Heaven, but life on this broken earth is really hard- really painful. I don’t have to tell you that.

I know I will feel a great sorrow when my mother is no longer here. I have heard it said that the depth of sorrow one feels is in direct proportion to the love that you feel for that person. I’m sure there is truth to this. My sister died 21 yrs ago and the grief I felt was beyond what I felt I could bear at times. In fact today is her birthday, she would have been 68. I always remember the scripture, can’t quote exactly, but ‘precious in his eyes are the death of his saints’. And I wish I could say something to help your grief and loss, and your dangling in between heaven and earth. know I will face this same thing and will probably feel as you do. My Dad was my everything and he passed when I was 16. It was March 11th so I am thinking about my Dad too. I have always known I was blessed that he was my Dad even for such a short time. I’m so glad to know your Dad was saved before he passed. Any man that could write California Dreaming was blessed even if he didn’t know it at the time.

Passively suicidal…. Not that Paul was. But even Paul said he’d prefer to go be with Chrst. That it would be far far better. Then even as a Christian, the pain can be so bad as horrible circumstances can compound, depression rages and even as MANY Bible heroes , Elijah, Jonah, etc said, Kill me God !! Talk about taking down our pride, the thoughts that, I could NEVER feel THAT WAY lol. If we didn’t go through this terrible trying of the soul, we wouldn’t have compassion for others or understand peoples pain. Even Jesus was “ A man of sorrows and acquainted with grief “!! Im originally from Brasil moved to the US with my ex husband. Lived in Seattle Washington, California Texas New York and Florida. Mainly NYC. I told my dad in Brasil about Jimmy Swaggart and he said, that preacher used to come to Brasil in the 70s and 80s when you were a kid and preach at the SP soccer stadium near our home. The buses of people who came to watch him parked all the way up to our street… anyway I thought how amazing he was probably praying fir the people t he neighborhood the city…. I came to know him and the Jimmy Swaggart ministry while living in NYC tired of the fashion scene and all that liberal life in NY. Love NY but don’t miss the lifestyle! Saw him on TV and it ministered to my heart. He was sincere and said “we are all sinners none is perfect, we all fall short, but Jesus… so stop crying and get up and come to Jesus He died for you for your sins and you are forgiven!”🙏✝️🙌❤️

It’s enlightening for us to realize we all go through the difficult times, no matter how together our lives seem to be. As in Ecclesiastes, there is a time for everything… and we learn to walk with Jesus and hold on to HIM each day for strength and peace.

I had a preacher explain to me years ago when I received Christ that baptism is not necessary to be saved, because that would be salvation by works, but that it is an outward depiction of the death, burial and resurrection of your soul and proclamation of the change in you going forward. Plus, if it was important enough for Jesus Himself to be baptized, then since he told US to as well, it would also be an act of disobedience not to.
Also I would just like to say your friend Baron seems like a wonderful friend and I'm glad you were able to get away for some peaceful relaxation and spend some time in thoughtful prayerful conversation with him, and be able to go back home restored. I just got back from Cabo yesterday and it was heaven. We'd never been before but what a beautiful place God has created. The water was the most beautiful emerald green I've ever seen and I could just stare at it for hours. Blessings Chynna❤

I have endured a traumatic childhood that is only just coming out now in my 50's as I am triggered by my oldest sons addiction and serious mental illness for the past 12 years. Very enlightening!! I think most of us don't understand that kind of despair but it does exist. My heart hurts for the people in that much agony. That is why it is so important to say a kind word and help others in need emotionally.

When you said, "I love you, Daddy, and I can't wait to give you a great big hug," I almost started to cry. Thank you for letting me know its OK to tell my Dad that, he hears me. I really "know" he does, but its nice to know I am not alone.

Chynna wouldn’t recognize her dad. Everything she “knew” about her dad is now gone. Poof. Done. Finished. It all left when He entered the presence of Truth, THE KING OF KINGS. Her dad a whole new creation right now in this “moment” (as we know of time.). He’s pure PERFECTION. Her dad’s body has been changed, his being has been made totally new. The old him is GONNNNNNNNNNE. She’s “communicating” with something that no longer exists. Old Dad isn’t there. Jesus paid it ALL! He did it for her dad and her dad is *completely* now transformed. And the good part is by the time Chynna sees her dad, she too will be transformed. That’s why there is no “communication” with the dead. It’s impossible. The two have nothing in common. She’s here and in one way and he’s there as a 100% different being. So we spend these breaths given our lungs by God PRAISING and rejoicing and worshipping the Lord here for what He has done to get her dad to that place in ETERNITY with Jesus. It’s amazing! What a gift! Amen
And, by this, I mean all the sin... it’s gone. His slate has been wiped clean. The Blood of Jesus did away with it all. He is guiltless in Christ’s presence. That old dad is gone. He’s saved. We rejoice

So glad l have notifications bell on 🛎 been watching ya for over 6 months now and you came on at just the right time l lost my husband and dad in 2020 and 2021and although through their loss I found Christ and became saved and I’ve really been finding peace and joy but these past couple of months right after Christmas actually maybe during Christmas I have felt like so frustrated that all these world events are coming up and I just like want To be caught up in the heavens like anxious for Christs return so thank u for sharing l would never want to take my life but l do know that feeling of becoming l guess weary I’m letting myself feel the grief because at the time of their debts I had to compartmentalize so that I could keep my family going as we do have five children 3 grown and 2 toddlers love you and God bless everyone here ❤️🙏🏻💕🥰l love Baron he is so sweet cheerful and his smile is contagious ❤️❤️❤️🙏🏻🙏🏻

Chyna my dad did some really bad stuff as well. But I still loved him and considered him my BFF. He passed 5 years ago, and time doesn't heal that kind of pain.

Well commenting on the opening statement, that's probably the Holy Spirit telling you not to talk to your father because it's prohibited in the bible to talk to the dead. It's literally a sin.

I lost my dad a year 1/2 ago. I find myself so sad sometimes and want to talk to him. What I have done is, to ask God to let my dad know I love him or miss him or am happy for his healing. I am very aware that we shouldn't talk to our loved ones who have died. I don't particularly "love" this rule, but it's God's rule and I have to abide by it. So I just ask him to help me get through the time, and drop a little word to dear dad! Thanks for your discernment and spirit with which you delivered the message!
Yes I noted the same thing in a comment. I hope Chynna addresses this in a future video. For those that think they’re dead relative is “around” and are communicating with him/her, they’re actually communicating with the demonic realm.

So scary. I’ve felt the same way especially when driving. Life can be overwhelming but my dear GOD every time I think/feel that ending it all to stop the pain, quickly following all the blessing he gives me Runs through my head/heart. Thank you both for sharing so comforting to know I am not alone
