"Slip" threads are easy, especially if you have a whole bucket of threaded inserts available. Try "stripped" threads without the inserts.
Good job, but one question. Where do you buy your double-sided hacksaw blades ?

Do you make thread taps or buyed it? Becuz we also use cg125 & have this problem
You can drill and pin the insert, to lock it in place.

Actually if you have a drill press, you can drill out the center of any bolt and tap it.

Why does everyone mess with the hole?...I make the bolt threads a larger diameter. Just weld up the bolt and hand file a new set of threads.

There are some cases that a larger bolt or larger threads will not work. Such as case covers on some motorcycles.
