Probably my most favourite VH song. That chordless-drill effect was first done by Paul Gilbert, of Racer X, and then copied by, EVH. Check them out. I love watching Joe do his own things, when it comes to guitar solos. He has his own "very well-known" style, that fans don't want to see him break from. Only Joe can make this project perfect. Only Joe can elevate these songs to a new level.
I'm sure it's no Mere coincidence that both Sammy Hagar and Joe Satriani eventually got together.... In 1987 Both artists released ground breaking musical masterpiece albums ! Sammy with "I Never Said Goodbye" and Joe with "Surfing With The Aliens" They were Destined to be in each other's lives - and Ours Thank you !
All negative comments coming from people under 25 don't know shiite. Everyone you think is great on tour is just imaginary. There's NO autotune going on here. They are Actually playing and singing. You haven't heard real musicians, maybe when you swinging from Daddy's Bawls
I love Joe. As a wee lad it was all EVH and then Satriani all the time. I will say that the best "understudy", if you will, of EVH I have heard would be Dweezil Zappa. I've never heard anyone come closer to EVH than Dweezil. Thanks for the video.

Look at the guys' ages (Joe is 67!). Furthermore, if you're an EVH fan, you know that, in tribute or jam situations, Eddie simply hated people copying his style: on the contrary, he valued each musician going after their own style.
