Okay thank you very much
Please what if I have 3rd class in my Bsc degree and I want to study msc nursing what do you advice I do please?
@@AnthonyAdebolaEsther hello, for now most schools requirement is second class above, for third class they might advise you to apply for Bsc Nursing which is three years. I just finished recording a video on schools to apply for MSc nursing over 20 schools and I did not come across anyone that accept third class. Like I keep saying things change every time so fingers crossed.
Thanks so much. This video is really very helpful. Rashidat 👍

Hello Rashida! A new fan from from instagram here! Pls can you talk more about the class schedule, work during school etc.
I am asking because I have 3kids and might not be coming with my husband. I want to plan ahead so I can cope with class, work and kids. Thanks!
Hi Zoe, thanks for watching. I am glad you find this worthy because Nursing is a rewarding a career. The programme is 50% class and 50% practical. Depending on school you will attend classes between 2-4 times a week. The practical aspect of the course is called placement which means you will be working in the hospital. This will be in hours, so you will be doing between 37hours a week to 38.5 hours a week(Appx: 3 days a week).
With your Husband not coming along, you will have to make provision for a minder or your mum to care for your kids while you are in class or placement. I hope this helps.
@@olatunbosunrashidat thank you for this detailed information. I am looking at school options and cost of living in each city. Can I chat you directly on instagram when I need additional information?
@@Zoey_A90 no problem @msheedah on Ig. I’ll do a video soon on schools that offer this course.

Ok dear, kindly turn on notification so you when when it’s up
Interesting, good video and update, please which will you received for a mother who is a graduate to love to go into nursing, studying from afresh(3yrs) or studying as a graduate nurse
Hello, If you are coming as an international student the two years is much better because the school fees is expensive to be paid for three years.
Thank you
You are welcome
Thank you for this information. Please i have all other requirements except IELT but i have proof of English proficiency from my university and i have applied to 4 Universities with it and got rejection emails from those schools
I will strongly advice you take your IELTS Academic test ASAP. It is a major requirement. Some schools will give you a conditional offer till you have your Ielts but I don’t know if they still do that because now the course is very competitive.
Apart from Ielts take time to look at your application properly before submitting.
Please do a video for the interview
I already did, please check my page 😘
Thanks for your video it was great. Please if I want to look for school for this course how do I check for it. It is NURSING OR PRE-NURSING
Hi dear, search for MSc Nursing Pre-registration. Remember to turn on notification so you will know when i upload the schools that offer this course.🥰
Thanks for sharing 🙏. How many hours of clinical experience do you need inorder to be eligible for a Masters in Nursing?
It depends on the school the minimum I have seen is 600 hours and maximum is 850. I advice people to get between 800-900 hours so you get an opportunity to apply to lots of schools.

Should be up nextweek. Thanks for watching
Asking about nutritionists/ dietetians
How is the job availability in the UK for this position, and coming with a degree in Human Nutrition and Dietetics, what can I do to be registered in the UK
Hi dear, I don’t know much about this field currently I know some people in the healthcare industry like radiographers are getting jobs in the Uk from Nigeria. You can research more on that. Or you might be required to do a top up course here before you can become registered . Like I said I don’t know much about your field .
Hello Rashida, this is a very detailed video. I’m currently a USRN and I’d like to connect with you more, how can I reach you please.

Can't one use Naric in place of IELTS? Thanks for the video
Hello, from experience I have not seen anyone use Naric, Also I have not seen naric in any school website just Ielts. So it’s not to say it’s not possible. If you have it present it to them and they will tell you if they will accept or not.
@@olatunbosunrashidat thanks a bunch.
Please throw more light on this much interested
Ask a specific question and I can answer it.
I have an HND in Nursing i don’t if I am qualified to apply for a MSc program
HND means Higher National Diploma in Nursing
That’s 3 years study theory and practical
@@wingangmariette6460 hello, the basic requirement is a Bsc, I have not heard of HND in nursing before, but I will advice you give it a try
Thanks for the information, what are the career opportunity after the msc nursing, would one become a registered nurse and be able to practice nursing anywhere in the world?
Lastly can you recommend schools in uk and canada that offer this program.
Thank you
You will be able to practice in the Uk, to practice is USA you still need to take the nclex exam. I have uploaded a video of more than 20 schools you can apply to in the Uk.

For the clinical experience, I've work with a physician assistant at a pharmacy for 3 years now, so I know of basic things in nursing, do I still needs to volunteer in a clinic or hospital before?
Hello, am not sure if this experience will count toward RPL because you were not providing care for patient, I will advice you get the hospital experience working as a volunteer nursing assistant then back up with your physician assistant experience. With that you have broadened your chance of getting the admission.
Actually we do care for patients, we treat couple of patients cause we got a separate room for that and that's how I got to know about setting up a canular for infusion but if u do insist of doing a volunteering work at any clinic or hospital that's best
What's the appropriate applicant's age that is acceptable and can the program be open online for the interested applicants.
Hello, there is no age limit, I know people in their 50’s doing this course. To the best of my knowledge this course cannot be done online because it requires you to be on placement ( working in the hospital) and you will be assessed based on your clinical proficiencies.
Hi rashidat,Is it gender and age specific? Is there any opportunity for an OND holder in the UK?
Hello, unfortunately I do not know any. But please keep your options open because things are changing everyday.
I had a pass in physics in my GCE and pass in economics and physics in my secondary school WAEC, can I still apply?
Yes you can, people that did art in secondary school are doing the course
Thanx Rashida. How many volunteer hours
Depends on the school but it ranges between 600 to 900 hours. I advice people to get at least 850 hours so you will be eligible to meet the requirement of different schools
Pls can you give a list of schools we can apply to
Hello, I have uploaded over 20 schools you can apply to . Kindly check my page
People in UK with COS but no ILR yet, are they considered as Home or International?
International, to be a home student you need to have a British passport.
@@olatunbosunrashidat I heard that if someone works with NHS, after one year, the person can go to nursing school, and NHS will pay the tuition. I want to know if this also applies to those working with COS.
Hello
Did you use agent for your processing?
No I did it all myself and you can too😍
@@olatunbosunrashidat alright ma, thank you
I have all the requirement and I applied for the university of Chester but they denied me , I don't know why
I always advice to apply to up to five schools to increase your chances , if your requirements are complete pls apply to other schools. You will be surprised that at the end of it you will have more than two offers. All the best

Hi Irene your nursing assistance experience can qualify you to become a nurse if you have a bsc degree and you have the will power to study nursing.
Hello Rashida, please am presently in Uk doing my Masters
Hello, yes you can but you will have to pay as an international student except you have your permanent residence. You might be exempted from Ielts because you have schooled in the Uk. So first thing is to get the needed experience. Watch the rpl video for more details
Thanks for all you do
