Yeah the Evo Rs they did where lovely did like the reflex too and can never go wrong with the stealth for old skool or the venom for a late 90s hark back 👍

These are perfect for the age of the car. I had these on an E30 back in the day.
My wife has been shouting for me to come down and have dinner for 10 min now,not me ,I am enjoying watching a nice guy tinkering with his project,most of us are not wealthy men and you are doing it on that level,having a go and turning out a great job everytime,relaxing and enjoyable to watch,thanks Adam.

For me, back in the day (90's) these wheels looked fantastic. I had venoms on my 4x4 sapphire, but today, with the scarcity of these car having them look like they have come from the factory, its more appealing for me, your car looks great, but standard is sexier. Your videos are great and it's good to see someone taking the jobs on you do 👏

The previous set of alloys just looked dull, going for a period correct set of tsw keeps it old school but also updates at same time , I think saph looks the mutts nutts the now

Personally I've always loved the sapphire lattice wheels but can't deny the TSW's do look great too.
For me original wheels are the ones but they do look good and fill the arch nicely. Looking great in the sunshine!

Love the tsw wheels, suit the car hands down. I had tsw razors on my only ever brand new car, punto 52 plate. My m8 had tsw venoms on his corrado. Another tsw stealths on his cav gsi, really miss those days. 😊
One of my favourite channels this is its also cool to see these old ford's as I'm never gonna have to money to buy one but get to watch them anyway
Back in the day I would of seen them wheels as an upgrade now though I would definitely not be parting with the standard wheels as there original and old school cool but keeping them gives the best of both worlds loving the project though 👍
And those rusty shocks passed an MOT, that’s concerning and a good reminder to anyone thinking of buying an older car and believe an MOT is a sign of the cars real condition.
perfect ride height always like the rear sitting slightly higher than the front awesome job bear in mind different tyres will have a different side wall look to them

Nice job. I normally undo the bottom arm bolts then re tighten them to take some stress of the bushes. Love the old TSW's

Wheels look mint! Sits perfect too, I wouldn't change a thing. Bang some new tyres on, maybe sort those arches and refurb the wheels, lovely car. Standard wheels are best left to concours cars.
I see your passion for the Cossie. I had two Sierras myself- an XR4x4i and a 2.0 litre twin cam estate car. Decent motors, but the Fourbie started my love for 4 wd street cars, as opposed to Jeeps. You crack on me bonnie lad!
It's definitely sitting mint at the new ride height Adam. I'd prefer the original wheels though - honestly thought you'd be looking at fitting a set of those 17" scaled up Sapphire wheels from the place you visited in 2022. That would set it off perfectly......budget permitting of course 😊 With all of the standard lights, indicators, etc. fitted, it would be a shame to spoil the original look.
Enough with the original wheels nonsense. They were dull then and worse now.new wheels look mint
@@360nastybusiness If you’re adding all of the original features like Adam did, then there is only one wheel choice - ORIGINAL. Every messed about with Cossie in the 90s had those tacky ‘Chav at Halfords’ multi spokes with the fake centre nuts.
Love the wheels Adam my mate had the same rims on his mk2 golf don’t worry about people opinions it’s you car bud do it up and enjoy it the way you want to it’s your car your money and your life enjoy to the fullest sir :)

Had 15” TSW Evos on my 1994 Fiesta 1800RS, made a big difference with uprated springs and shocks.
Get the original wheels refurbished mate they are awesome and cossies just don’t look right with other wheels ( in my humble opinion )

Looks loads better and can tell that car was in Scotland there winters cause major corrosion as all salt on floor definitely do like those wheels and think you saved yourself world of pain swapping suspension out
Personally i don't like the rims, they look good but i prefer the standard ones "style wise" or the 4x4 rims and you can get these as you know in a larger size now.
What i do love is you nailed the ride hight, it is perfect. Sits really well. Good job all around

You should have got the keeper spring with them Adam to keep the springs from flopping around with the car low.

I've watched every video since you picked the car up from Scotland, and how it looked then to how it looks now is proper impressive, and the wheels were a great choice. I remember them from back in the day, and 17inch on your car look really good, they suit the car, as does the ambers. Done a great job with the car and have enjoyed watching it all come together. OZ Compomotive in carbon or anthracite grey 8x18 would be my choice, but each to their own! Loving the channel

Wheels are spot on, I’ve still got a set of original 16” TSW Hockenheims off a BMW E36 in my garage with all the centre caps and retaining clips, I’ll get them refurbed one day 👍🏻🙂

The only wheels I’d put on a Cossie are Compomotives. Classic designs and suit the car perfectly.

I think you might need a small helper spring on the front shocks if the spring was loose when you jack it up at the lower setting as thats an MOT failure point possibly.

Coming together nicely - thank goodness you swapped out those front Konis before giving the car some proper stick. Unsure about the wheels - as you've spent so much time on getting the cars original factory style appearance correct - I think it would look mint on a set of the Autobionics 17 inch Factory style Sapphire replica rims you showed on the channel a little while back.

Looks mint lad . Wheels are the nuts . I had a set on my missus lupo . 15's tho but complete even the little lock tap things that hold the nut in place are still there . Should get urself a hub spreader socket bit mate makes life a lot easier on fords , use them at work on the daily n make life a lot easier than having to bash the hub with a hammer . great video as always mate , enjoying the videos on the saph keep em coming 👍

Great to see some sierras never had a cossie but loved my 1.8 GLX and my 2.0 ghia estate , shame they're so pricy now but at least they're looked after properly these days.

Wheels look way better on the car than I thought they would. I'd spray them in a standard silver colour to make it just a bit more OEM looking.
When you said TSW I was expecting Venoms, was gonna say you need the giant yellow max power sticker for the rear window 😂 but the Hockeheims look good 👍👍

Amazing how time changes things. My pal had a Cossie and I had an integrale, I used to look at them as just a fast Sierra, nowadays I even like normal Sierra's haha.

Lowering job looks cracking but I would def go for a set of the 17" 4 x 4 cossie wheels on this. The TSWs are just not my cup of tea. Either that or a set of OZ motorsport wheels.
I would of still fitted a small sized coil spring to assist with the dampening of the coilovers Adam!!!
