I just had Dim Sum in Chicago China Town last weekend, it is exactly what I ordered showing in this video plus some other dim sum that I also ordered like; deep fried taro, lotus leafs with sticky rice, stuffed bell pepper with minced shrimp, egg custard, fresh tofu with ginger syrup, shrimp dumpling, shrimp cake etc etc........
Hey guys, I went to the Maxim restaurant for dinner in Hong Kong, located at the entrance of the Tak Shun Center ( near the Central district). Their Chinese dishes are good.
Wonderful videos! Really interesting to watch, however, since I am not a Chinese speaker it's quite difficult to catch the spelling of the dishes. Could you please add them in description?
Wow is so amazing seeing someone who's not Chinese get excited about dim sum! This videos old but its amazing seeing poeple so open minded about trying new foods! 😊😊😊😊😊
I like the steamed rice rolls (cheung fan) and the steamed pork bun. I also like the steamed sticky rice wrapped up in lotus leaves. I like fried radish cake too. Here they are eating the steamed radish cake in this video.
I born and bred in Hong Kong. I have been to Lin Heung Restaurant once. It is fair price and traditional, acutally I will not go there twice. It is too far away from me and nothing specials. I think the one near my home(TaiPo) is better.
Lin Heung used to be good but not anymore. It's kinda sleazy and run down and not even very tasty these days. Time has passed it by. It's not representative of Hong Kong's yum cha at all.
