Everyone looks at what happened that game, and is like “This is why they didn’t make the playoffs” and “Oh this would have happened if they were in the playoffs” but what no one looks at is all the previous 13 games, in which we won every single one. That is an impressive achievement. Sadly the committee cares more about the money than the team. What we accomplished this season, is something truly impressive, truly incredible, and we have to acknowledge that, not just what happened in the orange bowl. GO NOLES!

there was no game 14 for this 2023 team. This teams season ended at 12:27pm on 12/3. The 2023 Noles as we cheered for all season ended then. Thank you for a great ride and continue the "Climb"
Easily one of my favorite FSU teams if not my favorite I’ve ever watched. It sucks how the season ended, for the seniors to go out like that. The committee messed up BIG time, and it clearly showed. I think we easily coulda put a better fight against anyone of those teams based of defense alone. I appreciate the guys so much, Norvell for making it fun to watch football on Saturdays fun again, I can’t wait for next season and what we can do! I’m a UGA fan - lots of talent on this team and felt pretty rough for the kids who stuck around loyally for the bowl after the roster was heavily altered. Great season; 13-0 is impressive in any context, and 2024 will be a big season for you guys with all the recruits coming in. One love

Most of us FSU fans saw this coming take way our best players that got us to an undefeated season, and this is what you get left with. At least the two one lost teams lost in the playoffs, and some say that the playoff committee got it right lol if they got it right then one of those or both one loss teams would have won and not lost.

What Coach Norvell said can only be described as 100% true. If you listen between the lines, the opt-outs bothered him on a deeper level than a starting lineup. I was never of the caliber to make millions of dollars playing my sport, so I concede that I don't grasp that gravity, but I was at the level of getting played to play a game. I played because I loved the game and I loved being part of a team and I loved laying it all out for the guys next to me. I played because i loved it, nott because of what i thought the game could do for me. Leaving guys like Kalen & Shy & Azareye'h & Ja'Khi & Fentrell & Brock to go at it will be something those opt-outs regret.

That post game talk from Norvell was so honest and heartfelt I teared up, but then I heard a few players crying off screen and I broke down myself. I love this team more than any other in all my years as a Seminole fan. I know it seems the world hates us right now because of the lawsuit, CFP snub, and subsequent Orange Bowl fiasco, but they don't know the truth about how special this program is. This is just an example of the adversity Coach talks about and I know we as fans will overcome it. We are the Seminole Nation and we are Unconquered. Go Noles!

Hats off to him, the coaching staff, Jordan Travis, Jared Verse, Keon Coleman, Johnny Wilson, Kalen DeLoach, Braden Fiske, Patrick Payton, Renardo Green, Trey Benson, Lawrence Toafili, and others. Forget the Orange Bowl against UGA! The Noles did what they could as a team to end the season. Everything happens for a reason. Next season! Who knows what eill happen next when DJ is at QB, especially when he faces his former team, Clemson. I hope he can make it work with Mike Norvell and others. Its good to be rooting for the Noles again.
what they did, after Travis went down, a lot of teams would have folded. Being in the hunt for a title and have your star Qb go down. many players would fold. but they rallied. Players stepped up, some, like WRs had to sacrifice, and rather than be rewared for it, they were condemned for it.
Man, love this team. I feel bad for the players, it takes a lot of commitment to play college football(it's a sacrifice), and to feel like everything you did to put yourself in the best situation to compete for championships gets taken from you, that's pretty painful. But, they will learn from this and become better men.
The adversity this team faced in the last few weeks was enormous. More than any other team I can think of. I’m extremely proud of our coach and our team. It was a raw deal. But they’ll come back stronger from this, both mentally and physically. And as true fans we’ll be there to cheer them on again through thick and thin, like we always have, no matter what. GO NOLES!!!

FSU did not represent who they were during the Orange Bowl game (Several Opt Outs) AND when CFB committee picked playoff teams (no Jordan Travis). Same argument. Don’t be a hypocrite.
The playoffs proved the committee got it wrong. Alabama and Texas were not good enough to be there. Texas got beat from start to finish and never led in the game. Alabama couldn’t throw the ball which is why the committee chose them over us. I can promise you Tate would have thrown for more than the pathetic 116 yards Milroe did.
FSU was fully capable of winning during playoff selction time AND Orange Bowl time OR NOT capable of winning either time. PICK ONE OPTION DO NOT MIX & MATCH. DO NOT BE A HYPOCRITE; BE CONSISTENT.

The playoffs proved the committee got it wrong. Alabama and Texas were not good enough to be there. Texas got beat from start to finish and never led in the game. Alabama couldn’t throw the ball which is why the committee chose them over us. I can promise you Tate would have thrown for more than the pathetic 116 yards Milroe did.

Let me guess, you haven't been watching football very long. I remember the 5th quarter in the French Quarter and what that bowl meant. I remember losing to Oklahoma 10-2 for the NC. That one stung as we only got a safety.
This year will be remembered for going 13-1 and the embarrassment in the Orange Bowl.
