Another way I used to study for an upcoming exam is I would have a friend or family member read the questions from the study guide in a random order. If I got 1 wrong I would have to look over the study guide for 5 minutes and if I got it wrong again another 5 minutes. If I get everything right, I’m tested multiple times until I get it right every single time. That’s how I got perfect scores on my exams.
@@adaezeobilom Just type or write out the questions and then the answers underneath with a space in between. On a paper. Oh yeah, I do this strategy a lot a few years back (before pandemic). That must've explained how I rarely forgot about the lessons I've reviewed a day before the exam. I first reviewed the notes, memorized a few, then jotted down the key topics on a seperate sheet of paper. It wasn't as neat as what he did though, but it helped me a lot. I might use that strategy again once our periodical exams come so thanks for reminding me of it!

When revising, if I do at all, I usually do a mind map (like this). It's on one piece of paper and I can quickly look over it before the test. Its also quick and easy! Also recommend doing a few flashcards for the particularly important parts of the subject. This obviously won't work for maths unless you want to try and remember pythagoras' theorm (a²+b²=c²) or trigonometry equations (sin, cos, tan)
