IMO they naturally would look at passerbys going through their "territory" and be curious about your scent. at one point, you're literally walking into them and blinding them with 5000lm. thats awful.
Hello sir. No sir. I have two dogs. I never let them out of my house causing problems. It's the issue of dog owner responsibility. I am pedestrian. I can go anywhere. Dogs in the vdo are not stray dogs. They are pet dogs chasing people and vehicles on the streets. I have to protect myself because being bitten by them are very risky. And no owners may show up when their dogs cause problems. Yesterday rabies was reported in Thailand, my country but not in my province. Flashlight manufacturers tout the theoretical maximum performance. Not taking into consideration the real life loss in circuity, lens, battery etc. So they are not technically telling lies but most certainly misleading a great deal. Like you I want to know the real life performance of a flashlight, its sustainable high output.
This is marketing 😁. They tell the truth like politicians. There is always some information behind their words that they hide or simply do not reveal to mislead us.
