We submitted our I-129F in October 2021, got approved January 24th (2023) and my fiancee got his noa letter literally yesterday (January 30th)

Congrats on being approved. So happy for you. Yes. If you have the copy of the completed i129f. And it has a stamp that says approved. Then you will need that to bring to the interview as evidence.

You will need a police exam and medical exam for k1 interview. It will be in the country where your interview will be at.

My I-129 doesn't have a place for the final stamp, In that sentence, you were talking about the NOA2 letter I think you were talking about that.
When you said your I-129 needs a final stamp My fiance is worried about this now. Please confirm that you misspoke about the I-129 stamp the fact that I make enough and I have all the documentation that goes with the I-129 is what she brings I don't send that to NVC to get them to check it. CORRECT?
If you didn’t get a final stamp on thebi129f. It’s okay. As long as it’s approved. It’s okay. But national visa center should have emailed you your welcome letter and attach the approved i129f form from it on the approved stamp.
If they don’t. It’s ok. The most important thing is the welcome email letter and getting approved.

Well when I got approved. They made an official stamp on the original i129f form and email me the pdf for it.

You don't need to have your I-129F form, they never asked for that. I assume because they already had it sent to them from nvc
Some embassy usually asked for it. So it’s better to have it for the interview as well.
@backwithbryan my fiance had her interview last month and she told me they didn't ask for it, they only asked her 4 questions and she was approved, guess because we had everything in our packet that we submitted to uscis, but they did ask for everything else you said in your video at the window she went to before interview

You suppose to do the ds160 and then pay the fee. It should be on the same page of the CEAC

What if your not having a big wedding until the following year, but kind of going to a courthouse/wedding for the 90day expiration
It’s better to have the marriage before 90 days and if it’s a small wedding. That’s fine. Or you can get married in front of a judge. Your choice. As long as their is evidence to your marriage with close family and friends involved. But you want to do it before 90 days.

Please help me I finally get my appointment booked I have my confirmation letter but my daughter was not included because his passport came later how can I add my daughter in my appointment to take her to the interview his name was originally in I-129f form I need to bring her
Only you can do the interview. Your daughter can’t be with you during your interview process unfortunately
hi Bryan, can you please provide me some suggestion. I am trying to book my fiancé visa interview but we are not finding any slots saying slots are not available at Mumbai and it is getting a bit frustrating find slots.
Oh booking the interview slot was hard on us. It took us a good month to get something. So keep trying. That’s all I can say. It’s based out of how many slots the embassy will give out for interview. So keep checking each day at 7 am till 7 pm

It’s okay if you don’t have an engagement ring yet. But maybe plan your wedding details and what you want to do. And that can be evidence for your interview and relationship status.

Congrats on your news. Question when sending your foreign fiancée the petitioner’s supporting documentation do you have to mail them the original NOA1/NOA2 letters or will copies suffice?
Everything is all copies. Unless uscis asking for the original documents. I sent all my copies and forms to my fiance back in Thailand when she was about to do her interview at the embassy.

I have a question, I have not received my Evidence of approved I-129 petition Nao2 and right now my case is ready for scheduled interview but I still didn’t not receive my final approval of my I-129 Noa2. Do you have any ideas how to get my I-129 final approval.
I would message uscis and say you got approved and if they can send it to your mailing address asap. Cause you will need that form as well for evidence. Thank you so much for watching. And supporting the channel. Submit to uscis asap. And hopefully they can get it to you right away.
My I-129f was approved but I don’t have the signed and stamp one. We have received the noa2. Where can I get the signed I-129f
The i797 k1 visa approved is the original you need. There is no signed copy of it. That’s the evidence you will need to use for the interview and folder set up. Congrats on the approval. You’re almost done. But the hard part is done. ✅

You should be able to do it asap once you finish the ds160. That’s what happened to us.

Once you submit all the things and he sent it to USCIS to the embassy, it’s gonna be reprocess and they will make a determination of your K-1 visa case

So once he gets approved on the K-1 visa, then you can update it on the 864 when it comes to adjustment status. Because your fiancé and soon to be spouse, needs to update the 864 financials in order to be processed with adjustment of status. So in the meantime, it’s OK so don’t worry too much.

@@charitynjoku9728 its okay. As long as your passport is valid and is current. The birth certificate also needs to be English translated. If it’s not then it will be hard for the interview person to see a valid birth certificate. .
Where is requirement to bring updated letter of Intent to marry indicated?
You need to write a letter to update the k1visa to married and be sure it’s legit

You need text message. Picture sent message. Or anything related to video call logs and etc. that can be part of evidences.

Not yet. That’s after you get married. And you need to file your adjustment status to your visa to get green card ready. Must do it before 90 days

Oh wow. Sorry to hear. So in the meantime. You will Then need to provide more evidence to your relationship and provide an updated intent to marry letter and saying when your future wedding will be at or date / time. How much your relationship mean to both of you.
Provide more evidences as photos, text messages , video chats , activities , engagement ring , planning for wedding and etc.

I file for the k1visa for the i134 form in order to bring it to the interview time.
The adjustment of status is what you need to file after you get married
I received my noa 2 by email and also saw it on the uscis status,but my fiance told me,it is the same write up i got on the uscis status,were do i find the validity period.

Hey Bryan I got a couple questions. When my fiance goes to pay $265 visa fee, it says he is not allowed to pay at the moment becuase there is no interview time slots available. I thought you have to pay first in order to get an appointment? Also, as for my proof of income, I currently have two different sources of income to equal the required income for support. Would that be a problem?
If your the petitioner. And you have two jobs. That’s fine. As long you know how much you make annually for both sides. And provide all the evidences of banking finances. That should be okay. You should able to pay the fee. Because that’s what my fiancé did at the time.

The beneficiary (the fiance lives in Ghana needs to fill it out and pay the fees and enter all information in order to get it complete ) she will then need to book her interview appointment as well. From there you guys can get all relationship evidence ready before the interview date. Get the i134 forms done by the petitioner with evidences. Both needs to get an updated intent to marry letter. You guys will need to provide the NOA 1 & NOA 2 AND WELCOME LETTER. Book your medical and police report exam. Translate into English.
But everything on my last video will be stuff you need to do before the interview. Goodluck and congrats on being approved.

@@Lol-st5se just as long as you prep your folders and get all the forms and evidence to your interview. Make sure to be on time and dress appropriately and professional. Make sure you’re on time and making sure that you bring all the necessary appointment confirmation to the embassy when you first go in. Make sure you know all the questions that they’re going to ask and be confident. So practice with your fiancé of questions to get to know him so then that you’ll be ready for your interview. If you don’t know your wedding plans, just give a rough estimate of when you want to get married and how you want to get married and where are you going to be doing it that way the interview person will know that you’re serious.

Updated letter intent to Marry letter to your fiancé. Showing updates on your relationship and wedding plans.
NOA 1 and NOA 2
Welcome letter from nvc
You will need to send these via mail. I would not recommend to send on email. Cause the embassy prefer the real original forms for the i134 and all evidences copies.
To me. Mailing is the best option.
Hi Bryan, i must express my appreciation and gratitude for your continuous guidance on the K1 fiance visa process. My USC fiance received our NOA2 letter which reflects a USCIS approval date: March 15, 2023, our NOA1 letter is dated: January 28, 2022, however, he haven't receive the NVC welcome letter as yet as at April 21, 2023. Nevertheless, we are being patient for the NVC letter. The NOA2 letter also indicate a expiration date of July 17, 2023. I, at this time would really appreciate some guidance on the salary figures for the affidavit of support; he has 3 children for whom he has shared custody with his ex-wife by which the divorce settlement/ agreement is that he has the children every other weekend and I have 3 children as well. My USC fiance submitted all of his children and my children information when he filed the I-129f which was approved. I however, intend to take 2 of my children with me at first. Please note that all the children are below 18 years old. I at this time would appreciate your assistance to know my USC fiance salary requirement considering the fact that his children spends every other weekend with him and he will be providing financial support for me and 2 of my children. Your guide guidance is eagerly anticipated.

Bryan do you think it's ok if I don't include chats and texts and facetime vlogs in my evidence of relationship? My fiance and I have known each other since 2018 and it's an insanely overwhelming amount of chats and talking to print. Even locating ones from last month are hard haha, we talk that much! but we have endless receipts and boarding passes, airbnbs, photos, written cards, bills, etc. so think it's no problem to leave our the texts/chats?
You can provide all of that. But provide some texts messages / video chats logs. You don’t need to print out the 3 months of video logs. But just the times you called each others.

Hi Your visa has been refused under Section 221(g) of the U.S. Immigration and Nationality Act. In order for us to make a final decision on your immigrant visa case, please follow the instructions below.for Certificate of No Impediment to Marriage the consulate still keep the passport.they ask to send the documents that missing

Does the beneficiary need an original birth certificate of the petitioner?
Both can be copies. But it needs to be have English translation on the foreign side. So if you’re the beneficiary and it’s not translated and certified. It will come back as a negative or rfe. So make sure to send it with English translation on the side. And certified by the company by a stamp and date as well. Goodluck

Yes. You will need to provide text messages , photos of together, video chat logs , video pictures logs, letters or anything that can make your relationship bonafide.

Wait so after you fill out the ds160 you just book your medical and interview?? Don’t you have to send the embassy some papers first?
You will need to book your interview after you submit your ds160, pay the fee. Pay the mrv , and get confirmation letter from both side.
Once you get all that done. You can prep your evidence to your k1visa case.

I am the beneficiary and working in Thailand. Did the US embassy in Thailand gave a list of hospitals to choose from? Thanks in advance and my very best for you and your fiance.
Congrats on starting your k1visa. They will give only a list of one place to do the medical exam. I believe it’s in bangkok. But I don’t know the name of it. My fiancé booked it.

Hi Bryan. I'm curious, in my country it doesn't show on the U.S embassy website a lot of things listed to bring. Should we bring it anyways? And how do we know what can be certified copies of just a normal copy of the documents from the petitioner to the beneficiary?
You want to send or have duplicate copies of your relationship of your fiancé. It doesn’t need to be the original. That’s only if the interview doesn’t go well and they need more evidence. Then your fiancé will need the original to prove his or her case.
The financial statements for your petitioner i134 can be copies of investment documents / banking and copies. It doesn’t need to be original.

Hello brian i had started relationship in may 2022 and i got engaged in oct 2022 and now it's almost 13 months and we have wet twice . My question is should we start apply or we need to wait for complete it 2 years ?
It took about 2 years to get k1 visa. It’s up to your fiancé to be reunited and to have a future in America. Or keep doing long distance. The choice is up to you.

And we are going to be married soon. . It’s the best feeling in the world. Instead of doing long distance. Long conundrum and communication. So to me. It’s worth the k1 visa

The petitioner is the one that needs to fill out the form and mail it back to the sponsor. Cause the sponsor will need that form for the interview process.

So the i29f is the original form that me the petitioner filled out and sent with the packet to be approved buy uscis. Where do we get that from if i already sent it with everything else . Where would I get that from to bring it to the interview . Thanks Brian
You should of gotten it from your instruction packet that the embassy. They suppose to email you instructions and attach your original copy approved i129f. So that you can reprint it and have it for the interview.

The petitioner needs to do the i134 form and yes. You will need to write another updated intent to marry letter. To show to the interview. It’s an updated on how your relationship is now and what’s your plans for the wedding and going forward. Present it to the interview. Has anyone seen any evidence that there is a required I-134 from beneficiary? I see no evidence of this. Seems like the 134A file is now just for people from Ukraine according to UCIS website. Did anyone go to the interview without it?
Your fiance that lives abroad that is going to the interview. Must have the i134 form with all tax related forms and transcripts with bank statements to the interview. It’s required.
The evidence for the beneficiary doesn’t need to be required. Because you want the beneficiary to be helped by the petitioner due to support and to be full responsible in coming to America.

Normally the embassy will send you a k3-4 instruction packet and inside the packet on email, they attached my approved i129form with a stamp on it. It was on an email with attachment. That’s how I got mines.

The i134 forms. Needs to be filled out by the petitioner. Cause he will be the one that will support the beneficiary. So he needs to sign and date and submit all his duplicate financial support to you.

You can go to the IRS WEBSITE and create an account and download the tax transcripts. For the current year. It’s easy and free.and print it so you can use it as evidences.

The nvc should have email you the i29f pdf copy of the approval with the stamp attached to it. So if they haven’t done it. Then you need to email the nvc for it.

And that fiance will need to provide all the evidences required and pay the fee in order to send to the lockbox of uscis.

Hi Bryan. Congrats again and thanks for all the great work you do about keeping us informed. I am following up right behind you. NVC has sent my approved case to embassy. Once the embassy receives the case. My 2 questions are:
How will embassy contact my fiance in her country (email or physical mail(postal service of that country) or Both).
And how will embassy contact me (U.S. Citizen petitioner) email or physical mail or both. Thanks and appreciate it.
You should get a case number from your welcome letter. You can track it on this site

Once it arrrives. You should be able to do the ds160 forms and pay the fees and also book interview appointments and medical / police.
You should also get an email from the embassy on your k3-4 packet. And it’s instructions on what you need to do. It will also have your approval I-129f forms attached as a PDF FORM. Goodluck.
The embassy will only contact you for letting you know they sent you your k3-4 packet email. Once they send it. You can start the process. They won’t contact you anything else. It’s all your own and getting all your evidence ready for your interview.

Vaccination is very important for the beneficiary but you can ask your beneficiary to ask the doctors if they need to submit a vaccine card. But make sure it’s translate into English forms on the report.

Your beneficiary that lives abroad will need to the do the interview by herself and make sure she did the ds160’forms. Pay the fee and submit all evidence to the interview time. The interview person will look it over and test her.

@@krishnasuthar876 the next process is you will wait till you get your welcome letter from the nvc. Once your case is received at the nvc. They will input case into their system and mail it out after that to your fiance embassy. Usually it takes between 2.5-3 months process as of right now from being approved.
I am getting confused. After submitting the packet do one attend the interview empty handed or one has to take the duplicate lf the already sent packet?
Once you will get approved on your case. You will next get a welcome letter next on your new case number and your fiancé embassy of where the interview will take place
Once your case is received at the embassy. You will start prepping all of your documents of making duplicate copies of evidences for your interview. And you should be able to do your ds160 form and book your interview date and start prepping the necessary documents for your interview.

Nope. Don’t do interview appointment yet. You will need to get a welcome letter from the nvc by email. It’s will have your new case number and embassy address. It will take 2.5-3.5 months from the day you got approved.

@@tina8212 if you were approved and didn’t received a welcome letter. Do t worry about the date. Since your appvred by the uscis. The date shouldn’t be a problem. As long as you get the welcome letter on email. And once your case is forward to the embassy. Then you can start the new process form from there.

The interview takes between 1-2 hours depends on your case and situation. Some can go faster. So it depends on the interviewer and how the embassy goes thru your documents. The more organized. The better chance.
I understand the beneficiary is required to bring their original translated birth certificate, but is the petitioner also required to provide their original birth certificate for the interview? Or is a scanned copy enough?
Scanned copy is fine. Don’t give any originals unless they ask if the interview doesn’t go well or if they need more evidence provided by you. Always have copies.

It does. But it doesn’t matter. As long as your approved. That’s the most important part. And getting the Welcome letter in email with case number is important. That will indicate your case is heading to the embassy

We got approved on March 6, but did not received an actual NOA2 letter/email until the NVC sent us our Welcome Letter basically stating that the case is now being sent to embassy. We do have our NOA1 and Welcome Letter but no actual NOA2 letter (the way I know we got approved was through looking at the status online on USCIS website).
We have not received the finalized I-129F with the stamp you mentioned in the video. This worries me a bit. Any advice on how I can retrieve that I-129F with the stamp of approved?
We also didn't receive our approved I-129F however we have the NOA1 and NOA2 plus the Welcome Letter.

That’s tricky. You might need to get a sponsor for your affidavit of support. Because your not working. But k think you should start getting a job now. Because it will light affect your financials. Because the interview will look over documents and if your not working at all. They might not think you are eligible to support your wife in the future. Just my thought. .

Hi Bryan! I don't have a NOA1 form... I can't find an email. I don't remember getting a NOA1 in the mail. I have everything else. It says when my noa1 was approved on the uscis website but therr is not a form I can print.. what would you suggest I do?
Send USCIS A inquiry that you need a letter that the case was received over there and you need a copy asap for your upcoming interview.
