I actually emailed a local vet not too long ago. Their response was "Clietus sounds like a fun part of your family. Unfortunately, the Fish and Wildlife Service prohibits us from treating any wildlife. I know it seems unfair and counterintuitive to the Veterinary Oath. I could not agree more. If I could I would."
I also met with a person from my local wildlife rehabilitation center. They told me he would most likely be put down. I've done all I can short of trimming his teeth myself.

you need to take him to a vet to have his teeth taken care of. He wont survive in the wild like that if hes not your "pet".
