Just made this and it has already become a family favourite. The sauce is to die for! (slightly tweaked the recipe by replacing chicken stock with a bit of soy sauce and water) Love this incredible recipe, thanks loads :)
I had just defrosted some pork chops this evening and thought, “Let me go see if Chef Jack has some recipes uploaded for pork chops.” Score! Another incredibly delicious dish that my family loved! Thank you! Will post pics on Instagram!
thank you so much for your delicious recipes and the simplistic way that you describe them! I’ve always been a terrible cook, but when I make your recipes, they always turn out Delicious!
Hello Stock Gang Master. It's yo boi Spyro and after many weeks away i greet you once more. It's like you were inside my mind. I was just thinking about making glazed pork chops the other day and this video was a blessing. I see you hit 100k subscribers. Congrats. You are by far my favorite foodtuber. I rememember when you had less than 20k subscribers when i joined your channel. Your growth makes me really happy. I hope you hit 1million subs soon.
Fortunately where I live we’ve been out of lockdown for a good few months with zero cases. But you could say that haha. I hope you are safe and well 👌👌
This was lovely, we tweaked it a little bit, we used lovely large portabello mushrooms, instead of the meat , and added a few puy lentils to the salad. Delicious
I am SO making this! My husband loves pork chops (as do I). Could I do a variation using peach jam for the honey? Would probably serve either version with roasted, crispy garlic potatoes along with that delicious salad. Thanks for another winner, Chef.
Yes you can use peach jam. It will be a lot sweeter depending on which jam you use but it will still be fantastic. You're very welcome, I hope you and your husband enjoy it.
They're perfect for food handling as well as wearing them around in the kitchen (I use them in a commercial kitchen). They're made of nitrile which is a lot better for your skin too.
I admit it, I do enjoy these videos... it has been interesting converting these to electric oven specs, though... Thx for using both the metric & US (stupid) amounts. ;-)
Okay, so this is another 'must try' to be served with your potato bake. But I have to tell you Chef Jack that I try to slice like you and I have no fingernails left and shall I send you my bill for finger bandages? Just kidding. Thank goodness, my husband doesn't care how my hands are looking since he now considers me the 'Kitchen Goddess'. Stay well, happy man.
We don’t want the pork to roast in the oven, it’s cooked in the pan. The 2 minutes under the grill or broiler will char the edges of the pork and allow the glaze to slightly caramelise. Depending on your ovens power, it may be quicker or it may take longer than 2 minutes. Just keep an eye on it. 😊
I´ve been watching a couple of your videos and it seems that you´re a not english by the way you cook. Have you been working as a cook or been living in Spain?
I’ve been trained by many multicultural chefs. Although I was born and raised in England, now living in Australia, a lot of my cooking background is Italian and French.
I know it's been awhile since this recipe was presented but anything else instead of apple cider vinegar. I mean something like ordinary vinegar that i have at home. Don't want to buy anew bottle for this. Thanks
Read my mind, pork chop is my favorite thing of all time! Looks amazingggg
It's so good! You have great taste!
Best meal ever..love all the way from Kenya

I like the gloves. I have never seen a chef use them before. Are they latex?
They're perfect for food handling as well as wearing them around in the kitchen (I use them in a commercial kitchen). They're made of nitrile which is a lot better for your skin too.
Excellent!$
looks AMAZING, but where is the link to the potato bake?! ;)
Glad you think so. Link is now in the description 😉
Nice
Love it when flavours become friends 😜
Another yummy dish....thanks Jack, please will you come & live at our house 🙏😂🍴

When rounding up with serving suggestions I was thinking “I don’t care, I’m using your potato bake” then you suggested it 🤣
Haha 😂

Jack you still Alive!!!! Nice
Of course!

I’ll make sure to leave alternative heat guides for gas ovens from now on 😊
can you make a seafood bisque
Leave it with me 👌
Can you make this with lamb or steak? For us non pork eaters?
You definitely can use lamb, chicken and steak 👌

That wouldn’t be good haha. Glad your husband thinks you’re the kitchen goddess! Thank you and take care 😊
OH MY GOD! NIKLAUS MIKAELSON!
Jack blinks!
Haha
So only 2 minutes in the oven? Doesn't seem very long, Is that right? I would guess 20-25 min...
Do you live in a European country or you abroad?
I live in Australia.
You can score the fat on the outside of the pork chop to prevent it from buckling during cooking
Thats a complete oversight on my behalf. I really should have done that.
Someone: criticizes you
The comment section: peace was never an option
If you cut a slit on the fat with kitchen shears keeps the chop flat instead of curling.
I like the fact you don't do pork dishes
Algorithm boost

What will happen if one day some evil villain steals all the garlic and the butter in the world!?
Nooooooooo!!!!!! 😰😱🤯😩😫☠️
Haha! I guess that would be the end of me lol
nice...why not show the inside of the chop?
that pan was burnt which transfers to the taste.....bad video
Have you cooked with stainless steel before? Nothing about that is burnt. That’s called fond and flavour
Amazing
Glad you think so!!
