Y'all country fried steak has been my birthday meal from Mom and my just happy meal for fifty year . Today im grinning ear to ear cause I did not think it was possible to make it any better 😁 here we go appreciate y'all 🙏 Im a happy man
Mmmmmm, That steak and pico looked absolutely delicious. Glad you guy's had a good time in Sedona a very beautiful place for sure. Take care and stay safe in East TN.
After years I finally figured out why my pico de gallo was different than the pico de gallo I ate in Mexico or/authentic Mexican restaurants here in the US. After you cut the top off the tomato you discard the pulp on the inside with the seeds, then You, Julian, the tomatoes, and then dice. I found a mellon baller works perfect for Roma tomatoes.
That looked really good, I like to take a chicken fried steak topped with grilled Pico (takes on a whole new flavor griddled), then queso and jalapeños on top.
👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼✊🏼🧐, Now that looks absolutely frickin 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 My guy!! I do love me a good Country Fried Steak, and the MADD Scientists version with the chorizo-hash is damm tempting. lol, we do cut up cubed chorizo/potatoes with egg. But this might be my next go to. I also fancy the crispy with some over medium eggs… don’t threaten me with a good time! Can’t wait for part Duex, the dinner version with that salsa 🫡…Cheers Y’all 👊🏼😎🤙🏼
Have not been exposed to many Mexican dishes or recipes, though I was stationed in AZ for 18 months. We try them bc of your recipes so look forward to this when it is up on the web.
WOW !!! That was awesome looking Neil and Amy. You picked up some great ideas on your trip out west. You fixed up a really great recipe . Thanks so much for sharing with us. Fred.
I couldn't wait to watch this video after you teased it the other day! This is my kind of eating right here!!! I can't wait to try this ranchero sauce!
Experimenting is learning. I hope folks appreciate that you were winging about a 1/3 of what you prepared today "just to see what happens". Expanding cooking skills is all about that...............
I've always been taught to use the back of my knife to scrape veggies off the cutting board to save the edge ? Guess it doesn't matter if you are careful ? Great recipe !
Dude. Great stuff as always. Been watching you guys for a long time. Didn’t realize how many subs you have till now. Killin it and well deserved. Keep it up!!
Chicken fried steak isn't really a thing here in Australia. My husband introduced me to it, with country gravy (also not a thing here) after he went to the US, and I was absolutely hooked! What you made here looked absolutely sensational! I need to mop my keyboard of the drool.
After reading your comment, I realized something. I have never seen anything on Australian cuisine. Tons of American, Mexican, English, German, French, etc. It would be great to learn an Australian dish.
Thanks for the great video sir. What cutting board are you using to eat off of please sir ? Is that a silicone one ? Didn’t see it in your list of must haves. Thanks and until the next one, God bless.
In Mexico it's called Bistek Ranchero, which is pronounce like "beestek" .. This recipe is definitely going on my Blackstone ... by the way, I am Mexican in Arizona. Love your show brother.
Hey, King. This looks great, as usual. I haven't pestered you in a while, so it's time to request Strammer Max and Bauernschnitzel again. If you have an email for the site, I can send therecipies for what I think are the best versions of each.
Looks really good but man, it drives me crazy that you don’t level out your griddles. when your oil is running away from you that fast it’s severely unlevel lol
I watch your country fried steak and you posted a griddle heat chart. Went to your website and it wanted my card number after you said it was free. Very disappointed you use that free chart for click bait. “Disappointed” 0:06
......you are like some kind of .....'Breakfast Genius' or something ....you should be making breakfast at The United Nations......you could bring world leaders together with that shti. Who is gonna wanna start a war when they could be eating that.

Those hashbrowns with the chorizo reminds me of a hash. Nice hearty meal, for sure!
Best hash I ever had was in Vegas at the hash house on the strip.I couldn't believe how delicious it was... Nobody else does it like that...

How did you keep your potatoes from turning brown before cooking, love your channel
rinse with cold water
Little dance like Kent Rollins lol
Did you make this on the Weber slate? Top cover removed?
yes
Looks really good but man, it drives me crazy that you don’t level out your griddles. when your oil is running away from you that fast it’s severely unlevel lol
The "green ranchero sauce" might have been made with tomatillos instead of tomatos. I like the tomatillo version better, myself.
No disrespect to the restaurant you went to, but your presentation at the end blew the pic of their food out of the water!
That looks terrible lol NOT! Looks super good.
hahaahh cheers
South and Mexican…. It’s called Tex Mex lol
