Village of Grayslake IL

Grayslake is a village in Lake County, located about 40 miles north of Chicago's downtown and 14 miles west of Lake Michigan. The current population is over 20,000 residents according to the 2010 US Census. It is also the home to the College of Lake County. The Rollins Savannah is a natural county forest preserve of 1,200 acres with trails and wetlands. Two high schools serve the community and there are two public golf courses within the community.
