Philippe Durant's Photography - Monochrome series - Ep 2 Irish Moods

Philippe Durant, a freelance photographer, has resided in fifteen countries and journeyed through 30 others. Since settling in Malaysia in 2013, his passion for photography has blossomed into a full-time profession five years ago. Evolving alongside his skills and equipped with advanced gear, he has showcased his work in seven exhibitions across Khartoum, Kuala Lumpur, Ipoh, and Penang. Additionally, he has conducted over a dozen talks and sharing sessions.
Focusing on documenting places within his host country, Philippe has ventured into self-publishing photography books. He identifies himself as a documentary photographer, echoing Robert Frank's sentiment, "Things change, people go, sometimes they don’t come back, only pictures remain."
His upcoming series highlights monochrome photographs from Belgium, his birth country, Ireland, and various African nations where he has lived.
