When it comes to traditional land and ownership how does it work? Because all I see is real estate agents selling the properties. Do those agents or companies own the land they are selling? If so how is it there’s when the land is traditional land. Shouldn’t there be a traditional leader involved then? Please help and she more light on such a situation. Thank you.

Please watch it here: th-cam.com/video/tsHpxZX0rYg/w-d-xo.html I'll be making a more detailed video about buying traditional land so please stay tuned and subscribe. There is a role that the headman plays which is having your papers stamped before they are processed by the council. As I mentioned, I'll make an episode where I explain this properly so please subscribe if you haven't done so yet. Does this somehow answer your question?
If it's on title follow the same rules but if it's traditional land I will share a video about it in the future. Make sure to subscribe and also follow my Facebook page facebook.com/zambiahouseplans
