I never thought this rice water will grow my hair because my hair is too stubborn, but i'm shook it did, i recommend you try it
    INSTRUCTIONS
    - Soak the rice for as long as 24 hrs before using, so that all the nutrients in the rice would be extracted
    - Spray the rice water on your hair and let it sit for 30-60 minutes, then rinse
    - If you’re doing the 2weeks Of rice water challenge, spray the rice water everyday on your hair but do not use shampoo to wash your hair each time, only rinse with warm water, then use shampoo and conditioner only on your wash day.
    - If you’re not doing the challenge, then I recommend you use the rice water once or twice a week only, it works well either way.
    - You can add a few drops of peppermint oil into your rice water if you have one, for a better result, then use Jamaican Black castor oil mixed with coconut oil or any other essential oil to moisturize your hair afterwards
    - Store the remaining rice water in the refrigerator, it keeps it fresh and helps to stop the fermentation process.
    - I hope the instruction is clear? If not leave me a comment with any questions u may have, I will reply
NOTE: I’M NOT THE CREATOR OF RICE WATER, SO I DON’T KNOW IT ALL, I’M ONLY HERE TO SHARE MY OWN EXPERIENCE!
    - AND ITS VERY IMPORTANT TO BE PATIENT WITH YOUR HAIR, EVERY HAIR GROWTH PROCESS AIN’T THE SAME!
    THANK YOU FOR WATCHING

Ladies lemme tell you something. You see all these hair growth videos we been watching on TH-cam, some are real and others are just clickbait to get us to watch. Am honestly not talking about this particular video tho but in short, some ladies hair grow faster naturally cos is hereditary or in their genes whilst others also follow a routine to grow their hair. Whichever case it is, just know you always have to be patient and consistent. When u watch a video that says how to grow your hair in 2 days and u follow the routine for 2 days, just dont expect to see results after 2days. U got to be patient and consistent. Make it a routine. That’s what we ladies aren’t good at. We always want things to happen overnight and also u should stick to a routine so your hair gets used to it. Trying different tutorials at a goal can even break your hair. Okay y’all stay blessed 😘😘

Try mixing castor oil, olive oil, coconut oil, garlic, ginger and ground peppercorns - heat in a pot until it foams, keep it overnight and reheat in the morning, pour the oil through a filter - you should only keep the oil and massage daily into your hair, gaurenteed fast hair growth

I have been using rice water to transition my hair for the past two months & all I can say is that it’s works! It works! It works!. I always leave mine for weeks so it ferments, I use up all the rice too cus it ends up fermenting into very thick water.

@@shamirac5293 I used it every few weeks for about a few months. I had my hair so short in the back i couldn't even hold it. Now? My hair in the back ( which I applied more of the rice water to) is far longer than my hair in front. I stopped for a good amount of months and only started using it again this year. I'd say to give it a try but make sure never to use it after it ferments for more than a week after. I used stale rice water and it seriously messed up my skin.

Efomo Osato Efomo Osato I think it depends on the usage though. I saw from Mercy Gono (a natural hair Vlogger) that said Rice water can be used in different ways, and I remember her mentioning "leave in". Although I don’t use it everyday. And I try to deep condition once in a week/2wks. And my hair has been doing just fine. Maybe it depends on the hair type too sha (my hair is relaxed)

@@MorenikejiTaiwo What I meant was leaving it on for days is harmful. So I read, cause it's basically fermented water, and the longer it stays outside the fridge, the more harmful bacterias grow, so if it stays on your head for days, that's bacteria growing on your head😂. Then there's an acid in our body which our liver fights to get rid off, it's also found in rice water, bla bla bla, so I read somewhere. I leave mine in over night. Just started using it, hope to see results.

    Hi ladies
I'm so happy for those of you who can use rice water and have seen the results longer hair growth. MY daughter-in-law has been a hair stylist for 12 to 15 years. I sent my daughter-in-law text today asking her about a hair protein treatment called "Aphogee 2-step protein treatment, I've not noticed a lot of shedding just normal hair from braiding my hair on a weekly basis" she said, it's fine to use one to two times a year since you don't see a lot of shedding because your hair already has a high protein level you would benefit more from more moisture treatment for your hair. That product is good but can leave your hair very dry and causes breakage so continue to moisturize afterwards heavily" I decided not to try it and continue to use my moisturizing treatments and what's small protein packs I get from Sally's. To those of you ladies who tried the rice water treatment and have noticed shedding and breakage is probably because your hair is like mine has a lot of protein and you don't need it that's one of the reasons I decided not to try the rice water. I would definitely recommend you consult with hairdresser before you try rice water in your hair, so they could give you the best advice. Just one sister trying to help another sister with her hair. Cuz I love my hair, it's grown past my shoulders and I don't want to damage it. Take care, be blessed🙂😊🙂

I’ve grown my hair a inch in less than 2 weeks , I use so grow oil I’m the morning and night massaging it in. Then I moisturize with a cream. On wash days I use the rice water and let it sit in for 30 mins, and shampoo and condition, I also do moisture mask as well once a week. To avoid the protein over load. I use rice water on Wednesdays and Sunday’s. Shampooing only one of those days and co-washing the other “wash day”

Be careful for protein overload! It can ruin your hair! Use a deep conditioner after rinsing out your rixe water to balance your hair out:). Rice water is a protein treatment so it needs to be balaced out with a deep conditioner. If you have low porosity hair you can use it once a month and the rice water doesnt have to be fermented. High porosity hair needs more protein

If you have low porosity hair I recommend you don’t ferment the rice water. Let it soak for at least 5 hour maybe just 2 days maximum. Then keep it in the fridge because from my experience. When it’s fermented it makes your hair really dry and brittle so you shouldn’t keep it fermented. Also you should do a DC after to keep that moisture or some people like to add the rice water and dc together. I just wouldn’t recommend Fermenting it if you have low porosity hair.

Thanks so much for the video. I transitioned to natural hair and have been using rice water once a week on my wash day and my hair is growing. But my hairline is still not where I want it to be. I tried the rice water for 6 days and I can see a slight difference. I just didn’t want my hair to get used to being washed everyday and was afraid of protein overload. So I just posed and will go back to my normal routine. But I’m gonna be using rice water rinse

    • @nakiacox6101

You should be very careful about how much rice water you use. Rice water is a form of protein and an overload of protein can make the hair very brittle and cause it to break.

You should try using orange peels or an essential oil. It helps with the smell tremendously.
