Is this a day treatment or a night treatment? If you do this treatment overnight, do you wear a conditioning cap to sleep at night or do you let your hair breathe? If it’s a day treatment, do you use a deep conditioner overnight until you reapply the next day? And at the end of the 7 days do you wash and deep condition your hair or just rinse?
