Nice to see someone talking about the white balance and not just warm or cold settings but the reds & blues etc. I have not seen anyone about that until this video.
On the LG C1 These settings are pretty legit. I’ve been running paper white at 2.0 I’m going to go down to 1.5 as a couple times the brightness was too high…
I really hope they fix that 5.5Hz issue instead of showing 120Hz I hope they don’t expect people to buy a new tv for the game dashboard when the LG X Series just isn’t that old. I just got mine in February 🙁
Just got mine early june. As of now the lg cx firmware for Dolby Vision 4k 120hz they'll fix the freesynce that only says 5.5hz their's other videos that shows that.
@@David_Saijen yeah i have seen a few videos showing the Freesync Data working properly. I am on the prior public update to it so next update i will finally be able to read the fps properly. I can’t wait.
Danke 👌😆
Hello I'm from Melbourne, Australia and I own the LG CX and have been waiting on the new firmware update which helps the VRR raised blacks which most countries have gotten except for the countries in the Southern Hemisphere like Australia, the new firmware is 03.21.18, would you know when we would get it. Thank you.
@GamingTech Do you have any advice on what changes need to be made for optimal settings for the OLED C1 with current updates that have changed VRR and some of these settings?
Sometimes it can't be helped as it's just a result of a particular TV, especially more budget oriented ones. However, you can make sure that your HDR max luminescence settings in the game are not surpassing what your actual TV is capable of. That might help. If your TV can only put out 500 nits don't set the game to anything higher than that. Also, turning down the color a few notches on your TV might help.
I usually don’t notice or see any dips. Maybe it’s just me I usually don’t worry about that I just enjoy the game. I do have LG nanocell tv 86 series 55inch. And Ps5 series x
Great video. Can you help me determine hdr settings for gears of war 5? Using an x900f Bravia. My tv is tuned but the in game settings I just can figure out.
I got a 144hz monitor with QHD and i played Halo 2(master chief collection) on my series S with 120 and 60 fps and it was shown on my monitor too. But i don’t feel any difference.. There is no settings in the game itself only on my Xbox settings i put it on 1440p and 120fps.

Thanks for the hdr settings tips for our specific TV, it’s really appreciated man! 👌🏾
Settings gor LG C1
800 nits
1.5 paper white
10 maximum contrast
Looks amazing!
Any idea for the G2 ?
@@pablomorones699 G2 have different brightness, 900nits maybe?

Halo co-op campaign was legendary :)
Considering this game originally came out in 2001 I think they did a pretty decent job with the HDR settings
Thank you Arnold Schwarzenegger
Nice, can't wait to see your Halo PC settings. 👍

Bei mir läuft Halo 2 auf der Xbox Series X nicht flüssig. Ist das bei dir auch so? Auf der Series S lief Halo 2 einwandfrei.

that link i pasted says about the vrr issue - i think it’s dropping outside the vrr range possibly to notice the stutter ?

What do u do to help with Color Banding?
Outriders really shows it
PUBG if you parachute into the water and swim down

How do you set the game to 120fps? I set my Xbox to 1440p 120hz but when I get to the game it changes to 4k 60.
You have to un check the “Allow 4K” in the TV and Display Settings on the Xbox then you can have the 120hz active

on lg g2 but 800 or 1000 nits???
For the G2 I but 800 or 1000 nits?? what do you recommend for lg g2?
Too bad we don't have the hdr settings for the LG G2
Are these settings recommended for playing in Dolby Vision also?
Does anyone know how to enable 120fps? I’m playing on Series X on LG C1
Variable Aktualisierungsrate zulassen /deaktivieren ✌️im Xbox Series X Menü
Das ändert nichts bei mir. Egal ob on or off es ruckelt in dem Dschungel Level in 120Hz.
Should I always use HDR on my TV? Even instead of the Game setting?
If u have a oled yes always HDR if it's available
Why you change cx 77 with cx 65 ? Can you explained ?
