I live in Downingtown, PA (and used to teach in West Chester) I love house plants and flower gardens too. I also have some veggies :) I throw a lot of pottery on the potter's wheel and love to give plants I've grown in POTTERY I have made.

That’s awesome, what a special gift to give! Where do you throw pottery? My wife has been looking for somewhere in the area to practice/learn

👍❤️. Just Beautiful Devin I have started my climbing vines
In my Florida room. I hope you and Samantha are having a wonderful vacation. ❤

Thanks for this video, Devin! You're one of my absolute favorite plant TH-camrs. Always chock full of great info, inspiring ideas like placing those paintings within a greenwall, healthy af plants and intermittent dad jokes. Big fan here 😂 I have a philodendron micans too, but am training it on a homemade trellis, so seeing yours in a hanging pot was interesting and new to me. Im a big succulent person so I always also get distracted by your big beautiful adenium, epiphullum anguliger, and crassula ovata. Cheering you and your videos on from CT 😊

Hi!! i'm glad at least one person picks up on my low key humor haha! My search to figure out how to best display the P. micans continues, i recently changed up its look and literally just stuffed all the stems back to the pot to create a super 'full' look lol

@@plantvibrations seems like the mini monstera is the easiest?

Do you do videos on succulent plant care?
    That would be great!

Yes! I have a video that will be published in the coming weeks regarding that topic.

How well do u think the mini monstera would do in northern Michigan? I have a huge wall near the main door that gets great indirect light, so a climbing vine would fill in nicely. Being within 5 feet if the door, I worry the cold during winter might be a problem

Hmmm that’s a tough one. They’re pretty resilient, I’d say it’s worth trying

Would having two monstera Peru stems climbing over each-other create better node spacing and illusion of more leaves? I have a jungle but I’m about to do a wall like you but don’t have this one .
Also fyi cut the runner on the dragons tail if it’s too long and find away to pin it fast and give it little more light if you can . It will produce more leaves if that’s what you want . Tried it several times with mine .

Great tip about the dragons tail! And yeah I’d say have multiple Peru stems is the way to go

New viewer here and thank you! Your climbing plant wall is beautiful, I've decided I absolutely need a mini monstera! Also, I couldn't agree with you more about touching your plants. I'm also very tactile? with my plants. It really is a big component to their beauty. I especially want a plant I saw recently that appears to be thick and leathery with bumps and knots across the leaf. It reminds me a bit of a very shiny toads back. I cannot remember what it's called but it really caught my eye.

Was the plant you’re referring to in one of my videos?

I thought all Hoyas were considered succulent type?

I always thought they were semi succulent, but regardless they’re great!
