Kino this was an amazing practice. I somehow felt very connected. I have to watch your videos first before I do it and I found this about the most inspirational strength video ever. Maybe it’s your strength despite your bad anti biotic reaction to your lovely body. 😢you have obviously thought about this practice and it really concentrated on just getting your chest onto your chest. ❤thank you Kino more acupuncture for you maybe x you are very kind
It came out to be a really fun swinging session) also, for me it was the first day of yoga while recovering from a flu and it helped me to breathe through my nose for a bit😅 Thank you, Kino!
this can be a bit disheartening if you cant even do the jump through or even deep forward fold. watching you obviously shows years of practice - so it important for those of us wanting to improve our core and one day reach that level of elevation to monitor our mind talk and not become disheartened
Practicing with Kino is going to get me to jump back and jump through, something that i really want to do!
