Yeey!! Super thank you for doing this. I did the forward fold and bent knee tips and i was able to improve my l-sit!
God bless you and more power! Thank you for sharing your gift!
Awesome this makes me so happy thanks so much for sharing!!
Amazingly helpful videos, keep doing that great job! Thank you
Thanks Michal I appreciate you!!
Video request: I would love to see a video on building the upper body strength/mobility to do the transfer from L-sit to handstand, please.
I can't press up to a handstand or crow to save my life. I always need to swing/kick up.
Thank you, and keep up the great work.
Great idea!! Do you prefer the follow along style where you practice with me? Or to just learn everything and then do it on your own?
Ok, im going to give it another go now, thank you 😊
Also, that is some beautiful art on your wall behind you
Aww thank you! Means a lot to me because I painted it 🥰
Well, I came for the movement and paused for the art 😅 .
Those three inspiring pieces together, contrasting with the background of the more neutral colours and shapes in the room including the wood of the furniture and floor, look great to me. Hands are so expressive. And I really like the style and bold colours.
@@Andy-il7kf thanks Andy I appreciate you a lot!! I wanted ti make hands a theme since I mostly teach handstand related movements 🤣
❤😊❤
It's great hands are so practical and so emotional too
Would be great if you can show us how to do the elbow/forearm stand. Thanks in advance 🙏

Would love a video on backward bend or chakrasana 😊

Thank you!!
I started Training Calisthenics 6 months ago . But i have never been able to hold it for 5s .( Even tho i train abs ( hanging knee raises , hollow body hold ))
How long can you hold tuck L-sit?

@@Goku_SAAD and which version from the video looks most like your goal?
@@mazen.movement the l sit to handstan ( Skills one )
@@Goku_SAAD honestly my fav, I would say still practice making it pretty as a second priority if you want, but main priority should be tuck L-sit + transitions!
I was able to hold an L Sit for 20 seconds without training much for it. Half a year of going to work and I can no longer do it well. Though mainly because my right quad cramps. So disappointing
You got this!! Sometimes these events are helpful to set us back on the right track
@@mazen.movement haha thank you! What can I do to stop my leg from cramping? This has always been a bit of an issue but not as bad as now.
@@_stealth_y try the hip mobility routine I mentioned at the end of the video, this should help but it takes a few weeks, and you'll still sometimes occasionally get cramping
